RNVO R/M update DD~

I Talked to Steve (president/ceo) of RNVO. He confirmed a company is merging into RNVO, but he would not tell me who, what, where or when… However I was able to gather some basic info from the conversation; such as the contact for the company merging into RNVO is named “John” and that they actually have done business in the past. I expect a PR to be released soon on this deal.

Perihelion Global Buys Mine in Box Elder

Perihelion Global announced Wednesday that it has reached an agreement to acquire privately held Saturday Night, sole owner of a gold and silver mine in Box Elder County.

There have been three certified geologist valuations of the gold reserves, which determined a minimum of 1,277,950 ounces of gold at the mine, according to a statement released by Perihelion. The valuations were conducted in 1983, 2000 and 2006.

Mal ein paar Gedanken zum Chancen - Risikoverhältnis.
Ich denke die meisten Kleinaktionäre wie wir, haben ein paar 100.000 Aktien, der eine mehr der andere weniger.
Wer jetzt, sagen wir, 100.000 Stück kauft, zahlt dafür rund 200 Euro.
Wenn das merger bekanntgegeben wird, gehts auf jeden Fall richtig nach oben. (ein Kursziel spar ich mir)
Falls das scheitert, gehts wieder monatelang auf 0,001, im Extremfall droht der Totalverlust von 200 Euro !!!
Alle die hier lesen dürften das kennen: Man kauft für 1000 Euro eine Aktie oder einen Optionsschein und nach 2 Wochen ist man 200 Euro im Minus und verkauft. Abhaken und den Verlust steuerlich geltend machen.
Bei RNVO ist die Chance richtig Kasse zu machen wesentlich höher als da Risiko richtig Geld zu verlieren.
Natürlich wenn man jetzt für 10.000 Euro RNVO kauft, kann man gut verlieren, aber was macht der Verlust von 200, 400, oder 600 Euro aus ?

hab gestern in USA nochmal zugekauft. Sie sind dort besser zu bekommen und billiger als in Deutschland. Über meinen online-broker war der Kauf überhaupt kein Problem.
Hab bei WO gelesen, dass dort alle über Berlin kaufen wollen und nicht zum Zug kommen.
So ein Quatsch.
