Wenn es schlecht laeuft habe ich gut Pulver um nachzulegen aber glaube persoenlich nicht an gute Zahlen. Ein absacken auf 7 Dollar waere auch nicht schlecht.

Also ich und meine Freunde haben mittlerweile alle einen Classic am Start

Das ist schoen aber bei der Telekom oder vodafone kommt das anders rueber,verkaufen sich dort eher schlecht. Bei meinen Freunden aht keiner ein Classic,Passport oderZ30,sogar meine Freundin nur ein Lumia930. Viele glauben BlackBerry gibt es gar nicht mehr.lol

Also bei Vodafone gehen die Dinger im Enterprise ganz gut...

Habe mir mal die Mühe gemacht u.bei Vosafobe winkt man nur ab,will keiner verkaufen,sogar Winphones laufen mittlerweile besser,das sagt alles aber am Freitag kann man bestimmt guenstig nachlegen.

Ich rechne auch mit einem klaren Anstieg morgen. Die Zahlen sollten in meinen Augen positiv sein. Durch die sehr negativen Analysteneinschätzungen, sind selbst eher schwache Zahlen schon eingepreist.

Das Chen sagt er ist dem Plan vorraus und dann kämen Katastrophenzahlen passt nicht wirklich zusammen.

Sollte morgen über 10 laufen denke ich.

In den Shops brauchst du nicht fragen, da gingen die noch nie.

Ich meine den Enterprise Bereich !!!

Wird man morgen sehen aber sieht nicht praecht!ig aus u.vor zwei Wochen waren wir noch über 10€. Auch wenn Anstieg,linke Tasche,rechte Tasche,das Ding geht Vorboerslich in die Knie.

Chen sagte, sie sind "ahead of Shedule" am MWC in Barcelona. Soll ich nun den Analysten wie GS oder MS glauben, ohne echte Daten oder Chen mit seinen Daten. Chen hat doch auch eine Reputation zu verlieren. Klar, Zahlen sind auslegungssache und ich denke auch, dass der Umsatz nochmal, vllt. ein letztes Mal schwächer ist als das Vorquartal, aber dann weiß auch Chen, muss er eben mit dem Ergebnis pro Aktie punkten, und das wird viele überraschen. Das sollte den Kurs nicht einbrechen lassen. Warten wirs ab.  

In meinem Umfeld gibt es faktisch kein Unternehmen mehr, das BlackBerrys vorschreibt. Bestenfalls können sie zwischen BB und iPhone wählen und mehr als 70% greifen zum iPhone.

Ist leider so und das waren alles mal loyale BB Kunden!

Wer heut wirklich richtig liegt, sagt euch Chen wenn in Kanada das Licht angeht :-)

Ich bin vor Quartalszahlen oftmals zurückhaltend.

Aber heute bin ich auch sehr sicher, dass wir am Ende des Tages positiv schliessen werden. Nach dem gebashe in der stillen Phase und den Absturz ist vieles bereits eingepreist.

Ich persönlich rechne mit einem Anstieg deutlich über 10 Dollar.

Bei mir im Unternehmen wird es auch nicht mehr vorgeschrieben,deshlab rechne ich weiterhin mit rückläufigen Zahlen im Enterprise Bereich. Mal sehen ob sie den Kurs heute wieder aussetzen.

Q4 Highlights
Normalized positive cash flow of $76 million in the quarter, reversing normalized cash use of ($784) million in Q4 FY14
Cash and investments balance of $3.27 billion at the end of the fiscal quarter, an increase of $608 million over Q4 FY14 and matching the highest balance in company history
Non-GAAP earnings of $0.04 per share, reversing a loss per share of ($0.08) in Q4 FY14

Q4 Results

Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2015 was approximately $660 million, including a negative $12 million impact from currency fluctuation. The revenue breakdown for the quarter was approximately 42% for hardware, 47% for services and 10% for software. During the fourth quarter, the Company recognized hardware revenue on approximately 1.3 million BlackBerry smartphones. Approximately 1.6 million BlackBerry smartphones were sold through to end customers, with an ASP of $211 compared to $180 in the previous quarter.

Non-GAAP profit for the fourth quarter was $20 million, or $0.04 per share, compared to earnings of $0.01 per share last quarter. GAAP net income for the quarter was $28 million, or $0.05 per share. GAAP net income includes a non-cash charge associated with the change in the fair value of the debentures of $50 million (the "Q4 Fiscal 2015 Debentures Fair Value Adjustment"), investment income of $115 million related to the Rockstar sale (the "Rockstar Sale Adjustment") and pre-tax charges of $58 million related to the restructuring program. The impact of these adjustments on GAAP net income and earnings per share is summarized in a table below. Total cash, cash equivalents, short-term and long-term investments was $3.27 billion as of February 28, 2015. The cash balance increased $156 million in the fourth quarter, including net gains of $80 million related to acquisitions and divestitures during the quarter. Aggregate contractual obligations amounted to approximately $1.3 billion as at February 28, 2015, compared to $1.6 billion at the end of the third quarter. Purchase orders with contract manufacturers totaled approximately $394 million at the end of the fourth quarter, compared to $565 million at the end of the third quarter. Excluding the impact of foreign exchange, operating cash flow was $205 million with free cash flow (operating cash flow minus capital expenditures) of $189 million.

Outlook

The Company continues to anticipate positive free cash flow. The Company is expanding its distribution capability, and expects traction from these efforts to manifest some time in fiscal 2016. The company continues to target sustainable non-GAAP profitability some time in fiscal 2016.

Wieso wahr wäre?

Daten sind veröffentlicht.
Wundert mich, ganz schwacher Umsatz, aber dafür ein extrem guter Profit.
Frage mich wie Chen bei so einem Umsatzeinbruch so viel einsparen konnte, dass er trotzdem einen Gewinn erzielt.

Aussichten für heute daher für mich dunkelgrün weiterhin. Bin auf den Earningscall gespannt.

Irgendwann kann man nichts mehr sparen. Heute wird es Rot. Die sollen sich jetzt endlich Uebernahmen lassen u.gut!

weniger Umsatz - bei weiter sinkendem Umsatz -> schwer einen Gewinn zu erzielen
Gewinn trotz niedrigem Umsatz --> hohe Margen bei Umsatzanstieg

Ab nächstem Jahr werden erst die Verkäufe der Smartphones wirksam, dazu komm vielleicht, dass der Umsatz stark steigt, wenn man dem CEO glaubt.

Ich bin momentan sketptisch, da das Umsatzziel nicht erreicht wurde, aber die letzten 2 Aspekte stimmen mich optimisch, dass ein Turnaround gelingen kann. Hat kemand einen Link zum earning call ??  

positives 2200 neue BES Kunden im letzten Quartal, 300 Resellers vertreiben jetzt BES12 und BES-Lösungen... Neue Partnerschaften im Health Bereich...

Nicht zuvergessen das kostenlose BES-EZ Programm lief noch bis mitten ins Quartal rein, das heisst der BES Progress kommt in Q1/2016

Aber der Umsatz ist weiter gesunken u.deshalb ist das weder Fisch noch Fleisch. Was will man denn im nächsten Quartal noch sparen????
