Der Kreislauf könnte so aussehen:
1.) Die Member-Fee erhält die AG in Zug - gratis gibt ja niemand seinen Namen einerseits und anderseits ist JP Selects eine 100%ige Kreation von ihm selber. Nun warum soll er 100 % an RKG verschenken? Wohl kaum, d.h. er sichert sich seine Rechte über die Gesellschaft in der Schweiz ab und wird dafür wohl eine Fee bekommen. Wieviel - pure guess .
2.) Die Kommission würde dann RKG gehören.
Hier noch das Englisch Wording betr. JP-Selects. im Zusammenhang mit dem RKG Prospekt, welcher bis jetzt noch nicht auf dem Tisch ist.

• In parallel, online social media viral campaigns promoting JP Selects are underway.
• Intent is to have JP Selects promoted in as many of the 90,000 Paul Mitchell-currently supplied hair
salons across the US, with an upscale customer base of around 100 million people every 6 weeks, as
possible.
