Q4 financials on about March 22. The insider sales were done as a block about Jan. 18 and none since. It was the first time insiders were allowed to sell in close to a year and they had a small window of time to do it as they are now restricted again because of upcoming financial reports. And they sold only 30% of what they could have sold. Management continues to own 4% of the shares and 6% fully diluted.

The reserve estimates for all three mines will be released when they are ready. We don’t have a schedule because it depends on when the consultants are ready to release the information and we don’t control the consultants. We have to wait until they are ready.

We are hoping for other analyst reports but it is not for us to announce when that will be. The dealers make these announcements.

On Feb. 8 at 12 noon Eastern, Executive Chairman Ian McDonald will be making an online presentation at the Informed Investor Forum at www.informedinvestors.com. melde mich zurück. war total erschöpft. hab mich wie klaus+caddy, am so im alten thread aufgerieben an den teilweise schwachsinnigen ausführungen einiger beiträge.

"We don\\'t control the share price. My take on what has gone on is that sentiment among a few investors changed about moly, starting with the oil price breaking support in early January (with a historical connection between the moly price and the oil price), stronger feelings of economic
slowdown, and the Chilean official coming out with a prediction that the moly price will be coming down.
We also had insider selling, the first time in close to a year that any insiders could sell, and that affected some investors, if their emails can be taken as an indication of that. However, the moly price has stayed firm. We think the market is in good shape and new uses for moly mean less connection with the oil price.

If you want an example of how shifts in sentiment can temporarily affect the share price of a fundamentally solid company, look at the price chart for Hudbay over the past two years. Show it to your friends.

As for Blue Pearl, it is proceeding with what it has outlined as priorities (pay down the debt, expand reserves at the mines and put Davidson into production) and detailed in the Jan. 16 release. When we have news we can release, we will release it. The reserves figures for the mines will come out when the consultants issue their reports and we don\\'t have a schedule for that because we don\\'t control the consultants.

Dank Dir, das Kompliment kann ich zurückgeben. :-) Auch wieder ein super Beitrag! Ich frag mich nur, tut der Cheveldayoff eigentlich noch was anderes als Mails von deutschen Anlegern zu beantworten? ;-)

Übrigens Pichon, ich find du bist ein richtiges Naturtalent. Grad erst geboren (26.12.06)und kannst schon schreiben. ;-)
So, muß leider wieder ein bischen was tun, bis später dann. Laßt mir ja unsere Perle nicht weiter absinken. ;-)

Kann sich mal jemand um Warf kümmern? ich glaub der braucht ein bisschen "Aufbauhilfe" nach seinem Horrortrip aufm Geisterschiff.

Bin vorhin nochmal vorbeigeschippert und hab ein Foto mitgebracht. Hat sich ganz schön verändert unser ehemals stolzes Schiff. Und so flach wie es da ist, scheint es mir auch schon gestrandet zu sein.

Ja, im alten Thread ist schon einiges los. Besonders das Posting von Smex (7768 ) zu meinem gestrigen Eintrag hat mich ja echt von den Socken gehauen.
Besonders die fundierten Erklärungen, warum BPM eine Depotleiche sein soll, haben mich ja echt schon fast "auf den rechten Weg" gebracht. Ich bin ja so orientierungslos. ;-)
Wenn wir Smex nicht hätten...
Hab ja schon fast Mitleid mit ihm. Vielleicht sollten wir alle unsere Perlen verkaufen, damit der Kurs noch mal kurz unter 2 Eus geht, damit Smex auch noch mal zulangen kann. ;-)

Bislang haben die Ansprachen von Ian immer was gebracht, er kommt halt trocken rüber.

Bislang wußte ich noch gar nicht, dass ich Geschwister habe. Aber eine Schwester wollte ich schon immer mal haben.:) Solange die nicht hübscher ist als ich. :)


Ich bin kurz davor meine BPM Investition nochmals zu verdoppeln, je nach Preisentwicklung. Es müßte jedem klar sein was hier passiert! Ich erwarte täglich eine Verlautbarung, dass sich ein "Teilnehmer" mehr als 10% vom Kuchen abgeschnitten hat. Andererseits kennt Geld viele Wege und Schlupflöcher so das am Ende einem Bewerber die ganze Torte gehören wird. Ich bin jedenfalls sehr entspannt.

Molybdenum - Nithi Mountain, British Columbia

The Nithi Mountain Moly property is located in central British Columbia 8 km south of the Town of Fraser Lake. Fraser Lake is along the Yellowhead Highway and the main CN rail line to Prince Rupert. The property is readily accessible via logging roads and various exploration trails. A power line passes a few kilometres to the north of the claims. The producing Endako Moly Mine lies about 18 km west-northwest of the property. The Endako Mine can process 33,000 tonnes per day of 0.10% Molybdenite, has been in production since 1965, and has a fully permitted facility including a roaster. The Nithi property is now the primary focus of Leeward.

Molybdenite mineralization on Nithi Mountain is classified as low fluorine, porphyry moly type. Mineralization is hosted by the Nithi and Casey intrusive phases of the Topley intrusive suite. The geology, style of mineralization, nature of associated alteration, all bear a strong resemblance to that at the Endako Mine.

Previous exploration has included soil sampling, trenching, IP surveying, and both diamond and percussion drilling. The most significant result to date was from diamond drillhole N-14 which intersected 115 metres grading 0.10% molybdenite. There had been no exploration in the area for over 25 years. Leeward acquired the property in 2003 since the moly price was beginning to move upward. Since then, world prices have increased twelve-fold from $3.00 to over $36.00 a pound.

Exploration by the Company began in the fall of 2004 and included geological mapping, rock sampling, and airborne geophysical surveying of the property. In addition, a comprehensive GIS database was assembled. This included the compilation of over 1200 soil sample results, rock sample data, geology, and drill holes. The combination of these previous results with the new geophysical data has defined the "Alpha" zone and high-priority targets for a spring 2005 drilling program.
