3. Und welche Chancen hat ein gerichtliches Vorgehen, wenn Cragun sich traut und klaut und die SEC und der Bankrupty Court dabei zusehen?

Deine Geld und Briefkurse sind vom 19.08.15, das sind keine aktuellen. Es gibt in Stuttgart keine aktuellen Kursstellungen, könnte sein dass auch hier der Handel eingestellt wurde.

Eigentlich ist das recht deutlich erkennbar.

Dass der Handel eingestellt sei, ist eine Aussage von Jamin Gottfried, die er daraus ablietet, dass heute keine Geld- und Briefkurse gestellt werden, wie bei comdirect besser als bei ariva erkennen kann:

Womit das zusammenhängt, weiß ich nicht. Ein Grund könnte sein, dass man das Stellen momentan als zu großes Risiko ansieht, zumal auch in den USA kaum Handel läuft. Als Einstellen der Kursnotierungen würde ich das aber im Gegensatz Jamin Gottfried nicht bezeichnen.
