The shopping process these days often starts with a consumer researching a product online, maybe a flat screen TV, they’ll go to overview site and begin to narrow down the choices then they’ll head over to the local electronics retailer to see the product themselves.

When they’ve made a buying decision, the last thing they do is whip out their smartphone to see if they are getting the best price. This action is called showrooming. It’s at this point of purchase that a consumer is most valuable. And this is the point where we are focused for the future in providing mobile consumers with the real-time inventory and pricing information for products that are physically around them.

Zillow (market-cap 3,230 million) has 16,605,985 unique visitors-rank (by uvs) 92 (monthly decrease of 10 ranks, yearly increase of 37 ranks)

"schwächer auf der Brust zu sein", wie ich das vermute habe - diese Schwäche versuchen sie offensichtlich durch extreme Manipulationen an der Börse und auf diversen US-Aktien-Board auszugleichen.

Beides wird bisher noch von SEC/Finra und Börsenboardbetreibern wie Yahoo toleriert, aber die geraten auch unter den Druck der Öffentlichkeit, ihre Helfershelfer des Criminal Crime behind The Street Sweeper inside rauszuschmeissen.

Tridhter, dass man Kriminelle bei Brokern und die Kriminellen Inside (bei SEC, Finra und Borsenboards), die mit diesen Kriminellen von der Broker-Seite in einem Bett liegen, trennen muss.

Was da heute auch noch fünf Jahre seit dem Bankencrash Finanzterroristen erlaubt wird, ist eigentlich unglaublich - aber, da bin ich überzeugt, nicht von Dauer.

Auf der anderen Seite muss ich zugestehen, dass es bei meiner Argumentation nicht so sehr um die großen Linien geht, wo man schon weiter ist, sondern um Details - und da konnte man sich, das als Entschuldigung von SEC und Finra, noch nicht so drum kümmern.

Aber aufgeschoben darf hier keinesfalls aufgehoben sein.

hier schon genug tut - denn das folgende ist mir schlicht und einfach zu wenig, wenn ich mich auch täuschen kann und vielleicht schon mehr getan wird, als von mir vermutet. Denn auch die Bafin war vor einiger Zeit schon weiter, als ich in meiner damaligen Kritk ansprach - und zumindest einige Aktienbetrüger wurden ans Messer geliefert. Nichtsdestotortz scheint mir vieles bei der SEC nicht systematisch und eher von Zufälligkeiten abhängig und meist Jahre zu spät.

Idiotic low stock price of Local Corp = fundamentals - emotions - naked shortselling

But emotions and naked shortselling will never be ever.

Ignore the published shortselling-numbers, because naked shortselling is not part of this published shortselling numbers. After my estimates naked shortselling is about 5 - 10 million of 23 million of the outstanding shares.

And I am sure, that we will see one of the most gigantic shortsquezzes in the history Nasdaq.
