"Telecom Argentina S.A.'s (Telecom) Caa1 rating is supported by the company's leading market position as the largest integrated telecom operator in Argentina, its solid market share of around 37% in cable TV, 55% in broadband, 49% in fixed telephony and 31% in mobile services; and its strong credit metrics, including low leverage, driven by its strong cash flow from operations. The company's main source of Telecom's liquidity is its cash flow from operations and financing from third parties, including first-class financial institutions and domestic and international capital markets. Telecom's bank credit access and notes program allow it to finance short-term obligations and its investment plan, in addition to its operative cash flow. Like most Argentine companies, Telecom does not maintain committed credit facilities. The Caa1 rating is constrained by the Government of Argentina's Caa2 rating."
