Cal-Bay, in der Immobilienbranche tätig, forderte gestern die Nobo-List an.

Ziel sei es die Shortposition ausfindig zu machen die für den Kursverfall verantwortlich ist.

Auch ein Aktienrückkaufprogramm wurde gestartet.

Angesichts der vergangenen Kursverluste und der obigen News meiner Meinung nach eine Spekulation wert.

Knowing those rules, the "buy back" strategy becomes more evident:

- the "buy back" first phase, before mandatory cert exchange, mainly consists in sitting at a certain ask (mobile fork [0.091;0.094] e.g.) in the way to get a maximum of cheap shares (will be cancelled afterwards for those bought by the Company as announced) (which consist in an incredibly good investment for private capital, specially in that first phase)
The other goal of this is to ensure the SP to not go further down than the decided level.
The mobile fork can move up or down, depending on normal market conditions.

- at the time the cert exchange program is effectively starting (means all naked shorters identified & concerned trading accounts freezed and under control), the "buy back" mobile fork will suddenly move up, since the threat of further artificial down-pressure is of the past,
bringing the SP to a higher level, buy the way making the covering expensive to the (rare) not-yet-covered shorters...

- at the time of the conclusion, shorters'profits & fines money are available for the final phase, that one is very easy, it consists for the Company in spending the shorters money, the goal is to bring the SP back where it was before the attack. To do this, it usually happens that shares are bought by blocks by level steps increased of x% each time, and sold afterwards at x% under the current SP. That way the "artificial money" from shorters that came from "artificial shares" is fully spent in the market momentum.
example: buy 250000 shares at 0.15 then sell some at 0.14 and some at 0.145, then buy other shares at 0.165, then sell it at 0.155 & 0.15, and so on, creating an ascending bullish pattern, ensuring shares to be bought by private investors, and finally bringing the SP back to where it was (actually I think that was about 0.21 before the attack started)

Now, if after that, a PR comes out to say that 13750000-US$ settlement arrived in the bank, I will for sure enjoy the end of the year...

10 Cent geknackt! Bullish Harami Pattern wurde angezeigt. Wenn wir heute im Plus schliessen verstärkt sich das Kaufsignal. Dazu kommt dass wir weiterhin im überverkauften Bereich sind.

Ich denke also Anfang November. Bis dahin sollte der Kurs stark zulegen.

ich meinet die Geschichte mit NOBO-List :-))

darüber wurde leider noch kein Wort verloren. Aber ich denke dass dies ebenfalls bis spätestens 31.10 passieren wird.

Was mir persönlich so an CBAY gefällt ist der MACD. Der MACD erzeugte noch immer kein Kaufsignal. Das dürfte aber bei schätzungsweise 0,12 passieren. Dann gibts normalerweise nochmals einen Kursschub.  

50 Tageslinie entfernt sind. Eine heftige Gegenbewegung könnte bevorstehen. Ich möchte nicht all zu euphorisch sein. Aber CBAY ist momentan meine GRÖSSTE Position im Depot.

Sollte der Kurs heute erneut unter 0,1 fallen werde ich erneut nachlegen. Ich bin mir sicher - lange werden wir uns nicht mehr auf so niedrigem Niveau befinden.

Für Neueinsteiger: Wie bei jedem US-Wert ist die Heimatbörse USA. Deshalb ist bei Interesse ein Handel direkt in USA zu empfehlen. (liquider als D)

Dürfte nicht zuletzt auf SSSU zurückzuführen sein.

Kaufsignal am Montag?

Nächste Woche könnten eine Reihe von Kaufsignalen erzeugt werden. Hier nochmal schön der MACD zu sehen. Fast positiv! Kommt es zum Schnitt der schwarzen mit der roten Linie wird ein Kaufsignal erzeugt.  

Nach +40% am Freitag wie wird sich das am Montag entwickeln?
Einsteigen oder auf Rücksetzer warten.

Lass´dich von den 40 % Kurszuwachs vom Freitag nicht blenden. Der Short-Squeeze könnte bereits begonnen haben. Falls nicht, dürfte er am Montag beginnen. CBAY vermutet eine erhebliche Shortposition !

könnte weiter um sich greifen, es wird bereits in anderen US-Boards bei stark gebeutelten Werten ein Vergleich zu SSSU gezogen, diesen Shorties gehört aber auch wirklich mal ein Tritt in den Hintern und ein Riegel vorgeschoben.

Ich denke mal, die Spekulation bei CBAY liegt momentan erstmal nur im Short-Squeeze. Die Fundamentale Seite wird erst in höheren Kursregionen interessant bzw. ausschlaggebend für weitere Kurssteigerungen sein.

Nun, Ende Juni 2006 stellte man die Shortposition schon einmal fest.

5,4 Millionen Aktien aufmerksam Und seit Juni sind bestimmt noch mal etliche dazugekommen! Ich vermute mal dass mit September(als der Aktienkurs so richtig abverkauft wurde) nochmal etliche Shortpositionen aufgebaut wurden.

Wenn diese alle covern müssen...Dann schnallt euch an...  

Man sollte aber trotzdem bei Interesse in USA ordern, da hier bereits Aufschlag gezahlt wird.

Selbst wenn man mit Limit 0,16 in USA ordert kauft man immernoch günstiger

Das Teil ist heiß ohne Ende. Auf dem Niveau sollte nichts mehr schiefgehen. Ich habe ein paar Stücke im Depot aber ich leg heute nochmal nach, sollte ich einen Teil meines Depots umschichten können.....
