Technologies, a global leader in e-security (NASDAQ: BALT)(London:BLM) and
Motorola, Inc. (NYSE:MOT), a global leader in integrated communications
solutions, today announced a strategic agreement to provide solutions for secure
and trusted transactions via Internet-enabled wireless devices.

This agreement will enable customers of Motorola worldwide to benefit from the
advanced security and authentication features provided by the award winning
Baltimore Telepathy wireless e-security product and services offerings.

To enable secure, authenticated wireless transactions, Baltimore will provide
mobile root digital certificates for embedding in Motorola's innovative wireless
handsets and gateways. In addition, both organizations intend to work together
to offer solutions for wireless carriers, consumers, and e-commerce service and
application service providers (ASPs). These joint solutions will provide the key
requirements for secure mobile commerce and payment transactions:
confidentiality, authentication, integrity and non-repudiation.
