Navidad Belongs to Aquiline
Appeal Dismissed, Conference Call to be Held Friday 10 am ET
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 7, 2007) - Aquiline Resources Inc. ("Aquiline" or the "Corporation") (TSX:AQI) is pleased to announce the judgment of the British Columbia Court of Appeal File No. CA034280 has been released today and is in favour of Aquiline. The appeal launched by IMA Exploration Inc. was dismissed, with no variations made to the original judgment.
