 The buy back did commence as previously mentioned in our press release  and will continue through the end of the year.  The shares are purchased  in the open market and an update will be reflected in our next filing.

My  Family TV continues to do very well as we are in the process of closing  and fulfilling contracts and again the exact revenue will be on our  next filing.  In the interim we continue to update the shareholders  through our press releases of deals that My family TV has entered into  and projects that we are working on.

We expect sales of the DVD to be very good as already have orders placed for them.
 
5. Library digitizing
The  library is currently being digitized and once we have news on the  release of more titles on iTunes we will put out a press release  informing the general public.

ValCom Signs Deal With FilmOn to Create 5th Revenue Stream From Its Library

CLEARWATER, Fla., Sept. 28, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- ValCom (VLCO.PK) Chairman & CEO Vince Vellardita announced today that the company has finalized a deal to broadcast films from ValCom's vast library of video and audio content with FilmOn, a Los Angeles based IPTV provider.

FilmOn is licensing 100 of ValCom's films in an all cash deal for a 1 year initial term. In recent weeks ValCom has created multiple streams of revenue from ValCom's library of 6,000 titles. ValCom will be delivering content to FilmOn at the beginning of October. The films will be used by FilmOn for both Video On Demand applications and as content for 24/7 original channels that are unique to the FilmOn platform.

mit einer Handvoll Shares. Aber egal, sieht wirklich mal wieder gut aus und News kann sich auch sehen lassen.
