Aktuell werden die Papiere auf den Namen der Bank verwahrt. Sofern Sie sich beim Emittenten selber eintragen lassen möchten, müssen die auf den Namen der Bank hinterlegten Stücke umgebucht werden. Dies bedeutet, dass die Papiere auch komplett aus Ihrem bei uns geführten Depot ausgebucht werden. Wir sind dann für diese nicht mehr Ihr Ansprechpartner. PRIME Minister Peter O’Neill will meet with Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard and New Zealand Prime Minister John Key in Cook Islands today.
PNG is a day ahead of Cook Islands, so today is Tuesday in that part of the Pacific and the three Prime Ministers will meet today in closed-door discussions of issues of mutual interest to the three countries as it affects bilateral and regional matters.
Prime Minister O’Neill told the Post-Courier from Rarotonga that the main issues of discussions would be regional trade, sustainable economic growth, climate change and regional security.
He also said the meeting would also discuss the asylum issue that was now before the PNG Government.
Mr O’Neill is in Rarotonga as head of a PNG Government delegation that includes Foreign Affairs Minister Rimbink Pato, National Planning Minister Charles Abel, Foreign Affairs Acting Secretary Lucy Bogari, PNG High Commissioner to New Zealand William Dihm and PNG’s High Commissioner to Fiji Peter Eafeare.
“I will also be meeting with Australian Prime Minister (Julia Gillard), when we will discuss issues relating to the region, including regional trade, sustainable economic growth, climate change and regional security,” Mr O’Neill said.
“Those are very important regional issues and PNG being a major player within the region, it is important that we participate in these forums so that we can give leadership and help tackle the challenges that are before us.
“We will also be discussing other bilateral issues surrounding our two countries, many of which will be discussed during our Ministerial Forum in October,” he said.
The local PNG community, including Sir Julius Chan’s granddaughter Sheryl Chan and Jonah Tisam, both married to Cook Islanders, had lunch with Prime Minister O’Neill and the delegation yesterday, followed by a press conference which attracted Australian and Pacific media.

Kosten:"Pro Wertpapier fällt eine Gebühr von 30 Euro an" hier würd ich nochmal nachfragen, ob 30Euro pro Bestand eines Wertpapiers - oder 30Euro pro jedes einzelne Wertpapier - also z.B. 1x30Euro für 1x1000Stück oder 1000x30Euro für 1000Stück.  Die weiteren Kosten würde ich auch noch mal bitten, dass die etwas "enger" eingekreist werden.

BOUGAINVILLE Copper Limited is supporting Team Bougainville get to Kokopo and participate in the 5th PNG Games with a whopping K330,000.
BCL country manager Paul Coleman said the company was more than happy to support the Autonomous Region of Bougainville (AROB) to participate at the national sporting event to be held in Kokopo next month.
He said sports were very important in Bougainville and all of PNG and they were happy to support team AROB.
He said Bougainville may not be fortunate like other provinces in terms of financial assistance due to their situation and it was proper for Bougainville Copper Limited (BCL)- a subsidiary of Rio Tinto to come on board and support them take part in the games.
“We don’t want to see these guys miss out because of lack of funding,” Coleman said.
This will be the second time that the mining company has come on board to support Team AROB.
Coleman said in the 2009 Games, they assisted with sporting equipment and other items.
General team manager of Team AROB Willie Masiu was overwhelmed with the support from Rio Tinto.
He said the money will be used mainly to purchase uniforms for the teams.
He said they were having difficulty with funding and BCL helped bail them out from their biggest worry.
He said the Autonomous Bougainville Government will be supporting the team with K500,000.
However, Masiu said they haven’t received the money yet because the money will come from the K100 million from the K500 million for the ABG by the National Government.
“We were banking on that money, but it wasn’t forthcoming and when BCL came in to support, we were grateful and excited about it,” Masiu said.
He said their biggest aim was not to win medals but to take their young people out of Bougainville to see the changes happening in other parts of PNG.
This, he said, was also a good strategy towards peace restoration process on the island.
Masiu said AROB will have a total of 484 sportsmen and women including officials to the game in East New Britain Province.
He said they will have 18 teams from AROB participating in all major sports such as kick boxing, taekwondo, martial arts, soccer, basketball, volleyball and others.
Masiu said they also have 23 people with disabilities who will take part in para-games.
He said they are now in training sessions in preparations for the game.
Masiu said they got professionals from the National Sports Institute in Goroka to help with training their sports people there.

INTERNATIONAL Mining Company Rio-Tinto has been excluded from the Australian Government Pension Fund by the Australian Finance Minister due to the company’s direct involvement in contributing to severe environmental damages despite its monetary contribution to economy of countries that the company operates.
Minister Kristin Halvorsen said that the funds cannot hold ownership interest in such a company that are unwilling to carry out mining operations that are grossly unethical like Rio-Tinto participation in the Grasberg mine in Indonesia where tailings are discharged into the river.
Minister Halvorsen said that the recommendation from the Council on Ethics is in large part based on the Council’s earlier recommendation in relation to Freeport operation of the Grasberg mine in Indonesia. Ms Halvorsen said that the assessments made by the Council as to the environmental impact of the mining activities where Rio-Tinto discharged approximately 230,000 tonnes per day into the natural river system and this is expected to rise in future in line with expansion of the mine.
Meanwhile there is a high risk that acid rock drainage from the company’s waste rock and tailings dumps will cause lasting ground and water contamination.

Das ist es wohl für die meisten Banken aber davon sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen. ;-)))

Jeder sollte bei seiner Bank die Frage der Eintragung ins Aktionärsregister zumindest prinzipiell klären lassen, xxx Anfragen  bei den Nominees werden den Jungs vor Augen führen wieviele Shares in naher Zukunft aus ihren Beständen abgezogen werden könnten.

Geht man von einer "weit über 10% Shortposition in BCL Shares aus" (+ 40 Mill Shares) auf die hier bei der Corporations Amendment (Short Selling) Bill 2008 angespielt wird,

und setzt diese in Bezug zu den aktuellen Shareholdern...........

.............so wird schnell klar dass die 707 Aktionäre mit +5K es in der Hand haben die Nominees durch die Eintragung ihrer Shares komplett "aus dem Geschäft" zu drücken.

Die Nominees müssten dann in "Eindeckungspanik" geraten (wer will schon als letzter auf einer grösseren uneingedeckten und unmöglich einzudeckenden Shortposition Böcken sitzen bleiben) und gezwungen sein sich am Markt einzudecken um die eingetragenen Shares ausliefern zu können (da sonst ein Fail to deliver droht)

Betrachtet man die aktuelle Situation bez. der Wiedereröffnung der Pangunamine so darf man realistischerweise annehmen dass der gordische Knoten so langsam beginnt sich aufzulösen.Spätestens das nächste JSB Meeting mit anschliessendem Start der BCA Review wird dann den BIGBOBBANG einleiten u. BOC ohne weitere Tricksereien auf seinen "Fairen Wert" ansteigen lassen ;-))))))))))))))

ABG plans education curriculum

A CURRICULUM development and legislative workshop of a joint implementation group (JIG) involving the Department of Education (DOE), Teachers Services Commission (TSC) and the Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG) was held in Kokopo, East New Britain, last week.
It is understood the three-day workshop was to develop action plans for the ABG education curriculum and legislation that will be presented to the JIG meeting next month in Buka.
JIG co-chair and ABG education chief executive officer Bruno Babato said this was part of preparations towards the transfer of powers and functions from the national government to the ABG so that administrative decisions were made by appropriate authorities concerning the political destiny of the region.
Babato said seven MoUs were signed last February between the national government and the ABG, two of which concerned DOE and TSC.
He said this further resulted in the formation of the JIG, which involved mainly a joint technical team as a vehicle to implement the transferred powers and functions from DOE and TSC.
He said sub-committees on curriculum and legislation were then created to find a way forward for the elementary education curriculum and the draft Bougainville Education Bill, which will be legislated before the end of this year.
Babato said the consultation on curriculum development would continue to ensure the ABG team continually received technical assistance in developing its own curriculum for elementary education and TVET sectors.
He said these would further explore the opportunities of how to best serve the teachers in Bougainville.
Babato said on the downside, gaps in capacities in funding and additional staff were potentially undermining what was undoubtedly a strong commitment from DOE and TSC to help ABG division of education institutionalise transferred powers and functions that had been transferred to Bougainville in practical ways.

Fakt ist, dass bei 0,80 eine Eisbergorder eingestellt ist.
Grundsätzlich ist das gut, denn somit kann man in Sydney aktuell unbegrenzt für umgerechnet 0,66 kaufen.
Wir müssen alle weiter kaufen u die Aktien dann ins Register eintragen lassen.
