www.powercell.se/en/investors/...-2019-redeye-growthday-2019/
Joint development resources and a fast track to a broad and global commercialization of our S 3 fuel cell stack
Provides PowerCell with an unparalleled possibility to leverage our S3 technology within the automotive industry and the resources for a successful expansion also into other product segments
Joint development of the S3 & system and an exclusive license giving bosch right to produce and sell PowerCell S3 for the automotive segment – car, truck and bus applications world wide
Bosch pays PowerCell MEUR 50 for the license and a royalty fee for every product sold
Start of Production (SOP) is planned to 2022 at the latest
Maintains right to commercialize S3 stack & system and the jointly developed new version of the S3 in non-automotive applications (stationary/marine/new segments)
Continues to participate in the German Project Autostack Industrie with BMW, Daimler, Ford an VW
Continues to sell and produce the PowerCell S2 fuel cell stack an MS30 system
