Goerge Sorros ist gemäß nachfolgender Information mit seinem Quantum-Fonds bereits seit geraumer Zeit in dem Titel investiert. (Der Quantum Funds, ist mehr als eine sagenumwobene Investment Geschichte und untrennbar mit einer Person verbunden: George Soros. Soros, 1930 als Kind jüdischer Eltern in Budapest als György Soros geboren.)
Die letzte Privatplatzierung in Höhe von 37,5 Mio wurde erfolgreich platziert. Unter anderem waren 55 nicht näher benannte (Hidden/versteckte) Teilnehmer und besagte Quantum Partners LP beteiligt.

Since the effective date of its last report filed April 6, 2010, Soros reports that Quantum,
an investment fund that Soros manages, acquired 9,050,000 units (“Units”) of Longford
Energy Inc. (the “Company”) on June 8, 2011 pursuant to a private placement. Each Unit
is comprised of one common share (“Share”) and one-half of one Share purchase warrant
of the Company. Each whole Share purchase warrant entitles the holder thereof to
acquire one Share of the Company as described in #3 below. The acquisition of the
Shares and Share purchase warrants represents a net increase of approximately 1.46% of
Quantum’s shareholdings percentage in the Company, calculated as described in #3
below.
3. The designation and number or principal amount of securities and the eligible
institutional investor's security holding percentage in the class of securities at the
end of the month for which the report is made:
As at June 30, 2011, Soros reports that Quantum held 27,238,000 Shares and 14,025,000
Share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) of the Company. Of the Warrants, each of the
9,500,000 Warrants expiring September 29, 2011 entitle the holder thereof to acquire one
additional Share of the Company at a price of
.65 and each of the 4,525,000 Warrants
referred to in #2 above expire June 8, 2013 and entitle the holder thereof to acquire one
additional Share of the Company at a price of
.30. The Shares held by Quantum
represent approximately 14.99%, and the Shares and Warrants, if exercised, represent in
aggregate approximately 21.08%, of all outstanding Shares of the Company.
