China Evergreen Environmental Corp  (OTCBB:CEEC) ("the Company") today announced the completion of a 20,000 tonne/day municipal waste water treatment facility in Beijing, the capital city of the People's Republic of China ("PRC"). The project, contracted on a build-operate-transfer ("BOT") basis was completed, within cost parameters, at a total investment of $2.5 million and will generate average revenue of approximately $665,000 per annum over the total project life of 25 years. Within the next few years, it is anticipated that the facility will expand to treat 40,000 tonne/day.

In announcing completion of the project, Mr Pu Chongliang, Chairman of CEEC commented, "I am pleased to announce the completion of the Beijing project. In recent years, due to economic growth and the high levels of urbanization, municipalities in China are facing pressures to accelerate the treatment of waste water. The government's commitment to clean up the environment has made tremendous opportunities for CEEC. The Company has consolidated its position as one of China's leading environmental technology groups and stands to benefit from this growth." Mr Pu continued, "In addition, the Company currently has a pipeline of more than ten BOT, transfer-operate-transfer ("TOT") and turnkey projects and has entered into two arrangements to acquire existing BOT projects."

"Given our plans to acquire more BOT and TOT facilities in 2007, we expect these acquisitions to enhance future earnings. We are confident that our historically strong financial performance will be continued in the coming year," he concluded.

Bin mal durch Zufall auch die Unterstruktur von CEEC gestossen, nämlich www.gdxsg.com

Dort sind auf einmal eine Menge News, anscheinend wollen die neben Ihrer Abwasser-geschichte nun auch ins Trinkwassergeschäft einsteigen, bzw. sind bereits drin.

Ich glaube, damit könnte der Kursanstieg in Verbindung gebracht werden.
Der Zeitpunkt passt haargenau.

Wenn dem so ist, könnte durchaus das alte Top fallen, da sich die fundamentale Basis von CEEC super verbreitert.
Aber bis dahin ist noch ein Stück "Arbeit".

China Evergreen Environmental Corp (OTCBB:CEEC) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to build-operate-transfer, or BOT, a new municipal wastewater treatment project with a capacity to treat 20,000 metric tons of municipal wastewater per day. The new facility is to be located in Tianjin, the largest industrial and port city in northern China, and is expected to generate an average revenue to CEEC of approximately $650,000 per year over the total project life of 20 years. The facility is CEEC's sixth project contracted on a BOT basis.

Würde mal abwarten. Das Umweltdenken hat derzeit etwas Sand ins Getriebe bekommen (siehe zähe Klimawandelverhandlungen Nairobi). China ist da eh nicht so wild hinterher. Allerdings ist es bald keine Frage mehr des Wollens sondern des Müssens...

Letzter Handel und demnach auch Kurs in Frankfurt vom 14.11.
Was ist da los?
Kurs wäre doch ziemlich attraktiv.

Habe wohl den neuen Namen in meiner Watchlist nicht aktualisiert gehabt.
Kurs scheint aber trotzdem langsam einladend zu sein.

Habe China Water ständig am Radar und langsam wird die Sache wieder interessant. Ich warte aber noch ein wenig ab, was sich Kurs- und Umsatz-mässig in den nächsten Tagen so tut.
