Dr. Michael Morgan has over 20 years experience in the management and
technical aspects of regulatory toxicology, together with extensive experience in the conduct and reporting of non-clinical toxicology studies for registration of products with the FDA and European regulatory authorities. Dr. Morgan has designed and implemented pre-clinical development plans for a major pharmaceutical company and several biotechnology companies. Dr. Ed Stephen has more than 30 years experience in all aspects of
biopharmaceutical research and development, as well as drug and device
development. He gained postdoctoral training in pharmacology and toxicology at
the University of Alabama Medical School where he lectured in pharmacology.
Following his postdoctoral training, he directed the evolution of the anti-viral drug
development effort for the U.S. Department of Defense. Subsequent to leaving the U.S. Army, Dr. Stephen directed the preclinical toxicology studies for the National Cancer Institute.
Dr. Stephen is currently President of Development Technologies International Inc., of Frederick, Maryland, and Senior Project Manager of ISTC (International Science and Technology Centre), Moscow, Russia. More...
Professor Jörg Kreuter received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Swiss
Federal Institute of Technology, Zurich and has researched and taught both in
Europe and the United States for over 25 years. Currently Prof. Kreuter is Dean of
the Faculty of Biochemistry, Pharmacy and Food Science at the Johann Wolfgang
