Admiralty Resources NL acquired a 50% interest in the Sociedad Contractual Minera Santa Barbara iron ore mines.
10,876 hectares of tenements.
JORC measured and indicated resource of 41 million tones of iron ore with an iron content averaging 13.7%.
Stockpiles of 3 million tones of iron ore fines grading 14% iron.
Production of 100,000 tones per month of magnetite iron ore averaging 63.5% iron with phosphorous at 0.06%, silicon at 4% and sulphur at 0.01%.
Iron ore is shipped out of Caleta, Caldera in handymax ships.
A number of distribution partnerships have been formed including ITOCHU Japan acting as agents for Japan and China.

ja, wieder normaler Handel - war nur ein kurzer Halt, weil die news schon eher kamen. heut übrigens Konso in australien.

18% ---  warum?

weil wir gestern 70% im plus waren und deutlich (über 10%) über pari geschlossen haben...  

kann man die knapp 20 % Minus vertragen und eher noch nachkaufen.

trading halt because of the following:
1. We are completing negotiations with Wyndham Explorations SA to acquire a
further 10% of the issued share capital of the joint venture company Cia
Minera Santa Barbara. This will increase Admiralty Resources NL equity in
the joint venture from 50% to 60%. Admiralty Resources shares in Cia
Minera Santa Barbara are held by Fortune Global Holdings Limited, a wholly
owned subsidiary of Admiralty Resources NL. Earnings received by
Admiralty will increase by 16.7%.
2. We request this trading halt to remain in place until Friday 27 July 2007 or
when the announcement is released to the ASX, whichever is the earlier.
3. We are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
4. There is no other information that needs to be provided to support this
request. Executives and legal practitioners are working with the relevant
parties to complete negotiations and documents to have it released as soon
as practical.

IMO war die gestrige Konso nur eine kurze Verschnaufpause. Mit den neuen News, die spätestens Freitag kommen, sollte es nur eine Richtung geben.
