Orchid Capital Ltd (To be renamed Coral Sea Petroleum Ltd) ABN 30 073 099 171 Prospectus In relation to the offer of: • 10,000,000 New Shares at an issue price of 20 cents each to raise $2,000,000 (Share Offer); and • the offer of 29,758,832 New Options each exercisable at 20 cents on or before the Expiry Date at an issue price of 0.4 cents each to raise up to $119,035 (Option Offer). The Share Offer is fully underwritten by Minimum Risk Pty Ltd. Important Notice This is a re-compliance prospectus for the purposes of satisfying Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules and to satisfy ASX requirements for re-listing following a change in the nature and scale of the Company’s activities.
