-ValCom- Fluch oder Segen?.. Aktie mit Potential !

Auf IHUB haben sich einige bereits die Mühe gemacht etwas aufzuschreiben :
1) Vince commenting on the value of the library appraisal:
"whether it is true or not I don't know" ..."it's just one guy's opinion".

Stunning comment given the fact that Vince PR'd the appraisal valuation and gave it special fanfare during a press conference. The company also declared a huge gain from the revaluation of the asset and tried to position the future growth of the stock price based upon this new valuation.

2) Vince commented: "Let the auditors do whatever they wanted to do" as if Vince had no control. Just a reminder that over the past couple years there have not been any audited financial statements. Only Valcom providing the numbers to the auditors so they could make the filings. It's apparent that Vince doesn't understand accounting (heck he's a sales guy).

3) Vince claims that subscribers are worth anywhere from 50 cents to $10.00 with an average of $3 revenue per subscriber. So if MyFamilyTV is in 40-60 million homes, why are their subscribers worth only 3 cents?

4)To date zero royalties have been collected.

5)Why no mention in any SEC filings of offers by other parties as Vince claims? If an offer of 15 - 20 cents came in during the past year, wouldn't shareholders like to be informed of such an offer, especially if they current stock price was 4 cents? Vince mentioned confidentiality agreements that would preclude him from naming the parties but does that allow him to preclude mentioning an offer?

6)Vince confirmed the SEC has been asking for and receiving information regarding the library valuation and other asset valuations. Sounded like the SEC was asking Vince to go back 4-5 years to prove valuations.
