Cameco Corporation and the Company have entered into an option/joint venture whereby Cameco can earn a 65% interest in a 784 square mile area of interests by incurring total expenditures of $23.6 million prior to 2021. Portions of the area of interest are subject to earn-in levels ranging from $1million to 10 million. In the Mistassini region of Quebec, the Company owns 175 mining claims located on magnetic anomolies which are being explored to determine their potential to host Ni/Cn/PGE or diamond deposits. In BC, the Company has entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the GK Au/Ag/Cu project located 5km east of Beaverdell, B.C.
