United Uranium advances property development plans
United Uranium (ASX:UUL) has now received building and demolition permits to enable it to commence development of 295 Canning Highway, Como, Western Australia.
It is envisaged that demolition will take place this month, with the builders scheduled to commence work in early September.
Estimated time to complete the development is 12 months.
UUL recently switched focus from uranium exploration to property development, citing weak market sentiment for junior mineral explorers, and in particular junior uranium explorers.
The company has since acquired the property in Como, and another in Cannington.
UUL is capitalised at under $4 million.
