WALL-AIR Inc. President and C.E.O. Daniel Romano states, "We feel IBC would be a valuable asset to our company. Joining forces would help WALL-AIR Inc. advertise its services. It is our intent to also implement several improvements to IBC Radio Network, and our biggest interest in them, Stock Talk Live. We think Stock Talk Live is a great show, and has tremendous potential.
"Some of our plans include sponsor stock dividends to shareholders, as well as a weekly contest where listeners would get a virtual amount to spend on one stock they choose over the weekend. Then they would go to the website and submit their entry. The stock with the highest increase in value would win. The results and contestants' entries would be available at the website. Prizes will include cash, as well as other great items such as X-box and iPods. We believe these ideas would increase the STL listener base. We want to continue STL as a fun place for microcap investors to interact and share their opinions on stocks.
"We are currently in talks with IBC about these and many other ideas to improve Stock Talk LIVE and increase the IBC Radio listening audience. We also feel shareholders should receive a part of IBC sponsors, and are currently looking into that. Other plans include banner ads on website such as Raging Bull and yahoo!. Our ultimate goal is to get IBC Radio on one of the satellite radio systems, as well as have IBC profitable by the end of 2006. More information will be released as things unfold."
