Fällt weiter, trotz allem verbreiteten Optimismus. Ist eben nichts dahinter. All die immer gleichen Meldungen das sich nichts verändert.
Mir wurscht.
Aber ich amüsiere mich über die Ungeduld und den grenzenlosen Optimismus.
Nachkaufen?
Ja wie oft denn noch?
Vermutlich dauert es noch ein Jahr bis sich die Landbesitzer einig sind.
Wundert mich nicht das der Kurs sinkt. Was mich erstaunt sind manche Orders. Was bitte macht eine Order über drei Stück für einen Sinn?

THE PNG-Bougainville joint supervisory body (JSB) joint resolution was signed by the co-chairs yesterday evening after it was delayed for five hours.
The signing was scheduled for 2.30pm yesterday but was delayed and the event’s location was moved to the Golden Bowl Restaurant.
The joint resolution held at the Holiday Inn in Port Moresby last week was signed between the Deputy Prime Minister and Works Minister Sam Abal and president of Autonomous Region of Bougainville John Momis.
Among the resolutions were the progress report on the implementation of stages two and three of the indicative strategic framework for the transfer of mining, oil and gas functions and powers.
It was agreed as proposed by Mining Minister John Pundari that a baseline study be conducted immediately, preceded by a preliminary assessment of certain factors such as environment around Panguna and the lease areas including land and marine environment.
It was resolved that a term of reference was to be developed in consultation between the Pundari and Momis after receiving advice from the technical team from both governments.
It was further resolved that an independent facilitator was appointed with consultation of the minister and the president and a heads of agreement be tabled for endorsement by the JSB.
Other resolutions passed and signed were the powers to transfer education, teaching service, health, lands, forestry and agriculture to Bougainville.
It was also noted that the additional police powers would be signed at the earliest opportunity when the commissioner of the Royal PNG Constabulary was available.

New notices had been served on the national government at the JSB for the transfer of fisheries, commodity boards, forestry and health.
The JSB also noted that progress has been on developing MoUs covering the department of works and community development.
The JSB also endorsed the joint weapons disposal and reconciliation programme by the two governments which includes the financial commitment of K500 million for the next five years starting next year.
Abal said the signing reflected the national government’s commitments to develop Bougainville, an indication of a new chapter that will foster and establish the continuing relationship between Bougainville.
He also called on the public servants to improve if they have not been performing so that the whole restoration and reconciliation process and the development process was elevated to another level.

A Bougainville China Co-operation Committee has been set up in the Autonomous Region to fast track the seven MOU’s signed in China by the ABG delegation that toured China at the end of last year.

Such a committee shall focus on developing a strategic partnership with China in order to attract Chinese Investment in Bougainville on a large scale basis.

And Source and secure Foreign aid from the Chinese Government.
And to promote mutual understanding and support friendship between the people of China and Bougainville.

The committee membership would include Government and Administration officials and including private sector and community group representatives.

The final committee would have to be presented to the Bougainville Executive Council for approval.

It's interesting to hear that it is his view that the mine will be open...and not many people can predict better than him when it comes to what's going to happen in ABG.
It'll take time...just a case of us sitting there and being patient.

There has been some selling in BOC over the last 2 days...it seems an unusual time to be selling given the positive current developments

- Da hat kurz vor Schluss jemand 2k geschmissen,damit der Kursanstieg nicht so offensichtlich  ist,ich könnte mir sehr gut vorstellen das morgen die Vorzeichen sehr  grün sind -

Wär schön gewesen, das mit den sehr grünen Vorzeichen. Naja und die "2k geschmissen, damit der Kursanstieg nicht so offensichtlich ist" ist damit wohl auch hinfällig. Eine der kleinen Verschwörungstheorien, die sinnlos sind. War wohl eher so, dass vorher einige Leute noch Zehntausende Stücke zu überhöhten 1,22 / 1,23 verkauft haben und sich jetzt ins Fäustchen lachen.

The reported value excludes securities that are either: included in the participant’s securities borrowed position; included in another party’s Reported Stock Committed to Lending Arrangements; or held by a participant or a (non-participant) related body corporate for the purpose of trading by the entity on its own behalf.

scheinen aber da auch die Aktien eingerechnet zu sein, die verliehen werden könnten (fettgedruckt). Vielleicht reicht mein Finanzenglisch dafür aber einfach nicht aus... So richtig komplett verstehe ich nämlich nicht, was mir die ASX da mitteilen will.

Es scheint, als wäre auf Bougainville ein wichtiger Durchbruch geschafft:

Heute haben sich die Landeigner-Vertreter aus dem Umfeld der Panguna-Mine mit Vertretern vom ABG und von PNG offiziell getroffen und Einigkeit darüber erziehlt, dass die Landeigner-Vertetung ein wesentlicher Verhandlungspartner des kommenden BCA-Reviews sein wird.

Der überreichte Scheck von 50K Kina und weitere Zusagen über 850.000 Kina dürfte damit ausreichen, die 4 noch ausstehenden Landeigner-Vertretungen zu registrieren und ein Mining-Office für diese zu errichten und zu betreiben:

...jetzt werden wohl die letzten Notgroschen investiert:-)

Bin ja mal gespannt, was die ASX dazu morgen früh sagen wird.
Wahrscheinlich sind wir aber hier auf der anderen Seite des Erdballes besser informiert, als die Leute vor Ort.
Dafür besten Dank an Axel und nekro für die unermüdliche Arbeit die ihr leistet.
Wir hoffen jetzt mal, dass sich das alles auszahlt!

RT 1,24, bei zunehmendem Volumen. Ich denke da werden wir in Australien, in der Nacht, nen kräftigen Ruck nach oben sehen. Alles andere wäre nicht nachvollziehbar.

Das briefing wurde von L. exklusiv an die ESBC gemailt u. sonst noch nirgendwo publiziert.

Der Link auf HC wurde bis jetzt ganze 59x angeklickt,davon waren min. 17 Ariva User.Von Au sollten wir also nicht zuviel erwarten bevor eine offizielle Meldung der Landeigner veröffentlicht wird.
