TLFX - viel Potential und ganz viel Fantasie

Die Company ist in den USA im Bereich der wireless communication tätig und hat aus der Vergangenheit gute Kontakte u.a. zu AT & T und Gereral dynamics.
Der Markt für wireless communication wächst extrem schnell und ist milliarden-dollar-schwer.

Und hier haben wir ein kleines Juwel.
Die Formengründerin und Chefin Mezaun Norman hält weit über 60 % der Anteile und der Freefloat, das wurde mehrfach bestätigt, liegt gerade mal bei lächerlichen gut 29 Mio. Shares.

Es gibt zwei Goldman research reoprts aus dem Mai diesen Jahren, die zuletzt ein Kursziel von 1,75 $ ausgegeben haben. Die Links dazu findet ihr hier:

Es hängt jetzt alles von guten Nachrichten ab, und die sind in Kürze zu erwarten.

Ich hatte zuletzt gestern Mail-Kontakt mit Jack Eversull, dem Chef der IR-Firma von Telefix, und er hat mir folgendes geschrieben:

"They have plans to update the website and update investors. A lot in the works."

Nachrichten sind längst überfällig, das wissen sie bei Telefix, aber sie werden liefern und dann solten wir hier einen ganz anderen Share price sehen, denke ich.

Aber auch hier gilt: Alles nur meine Meinung und keine Kauf- und Verkaufsaufforderung. Recherchiert mal selber und dann bildet euch eure Meinung.

Zu ihren Zielen im aktuellen Finanzjahr schreiben sie folgendes:

The company now needs to complete new vendor financial assessments to acquire new contracts, and renew existing contracts both General Dynamics, AT&T and other primary carrier, turfs and OEMs to begin work on projects as a publicly traded entity. Der Kernsatz ist für mich aber folgender:

Insgesamt ist der annual report, wie ich finde, sehr gut und verständlich geschrieben und beschreibt deutlich, wo die Company herkommt und wie sie welche Ziele erreichen will.

Jetzt die richtigen News und dann wollen wir mal schauen, wo uns das hinführt.

Meine persönlich Meinung ist einfach, dass man sich hier gut mit relativ überschaubarem Einsatz positionieren kann und mit etwas Geduld richtig viel Geld machen kann.

Aber bitte: recherchiert selber und bildet euch eure Meinung.

ist ganz gut gemacht und in der Sache ganz hilfreich, um sich einen Überblick zu verschaffen, aber leider nicht mehr up to date, aber daran arbeiten sie ja, wie ich oben schon beschrieben hatte, aktuell bei der IR-Firma.

kann hier ganz schnell eine Explosion des Share prices kommen.

Medbox wurde Mitte November in einem Artikel im Wall street journal erwähnt und danach gab es für den Kurs kein Halten mehr.

Wnn es hier bei entsprechend guten News erstmal größere Investoren gibt, die sich hier einkaufen wollen, wird es aber mal richtig spannend hier.

Und wenn dann noch die Pusherblättchen mitverdienen wollen...OMG.

Für mich persönlich eine absolut seltene Gelegenheit, mit relativ wenig Einsatz ganz viel Gewinn zu machen.

Es gibt diese seltenen Aktien, die wirklich ganz enorm performen können, und Telefix kann bei der knappen Zahl frei handelbarer Aktien so eine Gelegenheit sein, die man vielleicht nur einmal im Leben bekommt...

und es aushält, dass die Aktie im Moment noch extrem volatil (auch nach unten) gehandelt wird, der KANN hier richtig glücklich werden, so wie Jack Eversull mir letzte Woche noch geschrieben hat:

Diese mobilen Stationen werden wohl exklusiv für Telefix gebaut und von Telefix dann zum laufen gebracht und vertrieben.
Das scheint eine Marktsegment zu sein, in dem sich richtig gut Geld verdienen lässt...und Telefix will damit deutlich über die USA hinaus expandieren - die Karibik und Asien werden ja direkt genannt - und da sichd natürlich Gebiete dabei, in denen solche mobilen Stationen dringend gebraucht werden.

Und was mir auch sehr gut gefällt an dem Deal: Solaris technologies ist auch ein von einer Frau geführtes Unternehmen...Frauenpower pur also, und das ganze wird in Amerika ja auch besonders gefördert !

Im ihub hat am Wochenende der User m0n drüber spekuliert, ob Telefix eine Zusammenarbeit mit Ericsson eingegangen sein könnte.

Lest Euch die beiden nachfolgenden Seiten mal durch und überlegt mal, ob der dritte Absatz in der PR von Telefix nicht ziemlich wortgleich mit der Beschreibung von Ericsson ist.

Muss jetzt nichts heißen...kann aber schon. Das ist ja gelegentlich das schöne an Spekulationen :-)

I JUST SPOKE TO JACK! Here is what I have.  

They are in the middle of contracts., as some have already stated on here.  

They hope to post something "pretty soon" on OTC markets in regards to their financials.

I asked does soon mean by year end, and he said he hopes so.  

I asked about the owner and if she seemed intelligent and he said she seems pretty bright.

I asked about how many employees that have and he said they have 6 or so employees and several groups of people working for them is how he stated it, like contractors.  

He gave me the number of 972-571-1624 and he will definitely answer or call you back.  

Jack is their investor relations guy and has Telefix as a client.

I think I have formed the opinion that they are a very small company but, as many do, have lots of potential and I like the fact that they are minority owned.  

Now potential in the penny stock world means nothing.  

However, these "contracts" could mean EVERYTHING.

If they do have some stuff coming, that I believe, would very much help the share price. Again, I am trying to do DD on this and definitely made my calls today. We will see how it goes. Good luck all.

Mezaun Norman hat mir vor eingen Wochen ziemich deutlich gemacht, dass sie hier keine Zocker wollen und sicher nicht irgendwas dafür tun werden, dieses Klientel zu befördern.
Aus der IR-Firma gibt es aber klare Signale, dass es im Januar 2013 ein Update geben wird.
Ich werde jedenfalls die derzitigen Kurse nutzen, um fein nachzukaufen.
Wenn das hier bei dem gerngen Freefloat mal einen Short squeeze gibt...holla die Waldfee :-)

Damit dürfte 2013 ein extrem spannendes und wichtiges Jahr für Telefix werden und es gibt gute News und sie werden die Aktionäre darüber auch entsprechend informieren.

Das erklärt aber auch, warum sie im Moment die eher kleine Variante über Facebook fahren und wer da regelmäßig mitliest, bekommt ein Gefühl dafür, was hier gerade entsteht und warum es im Moment ein guter Zeitpunkt für einen Einstieg sein könnte.

There was something that Jack told me about 2 weeks ago that I should share.

He said while the big players(like att,verizon,sprint,tmobile,etc) will definitely and especially do business with minority owned companies who can and in TLFX's case do improve their service,they do not want it announced officially because they are then associated forever with the small company whenever they or the small company are looked up on search engines.

It's understandable I guess,the big company may be looked upon as incompetent in doing what only TLFX can do.

We heard that from the CEO in the radio interview when she said she couldn't talk about the unique way TLFX improves wireless service,but she had the technology.

So we have a stock here that is the perfect scenario in my opinion.

Millions of dollars in upcoming contracts that they are contractually obligated not to PR.

For us,this means getting a stock with a low,locked float at a ridiculously low price that can literally change our lives forever in the next 1-2 years.

I can wait,but I walk around saying I can't wait.LOL.GLTA.btw,did anyone notice the bashers have gone silent the past few days? What's up with that?

Diese Theorie, warum sie bei Telefix bislang keine Firmen genannt haben, leuchtet mir ein.

Dann wird es aber wirklich mal interessant sein zu erfahren, wie hoch die Erträge sein werden, die sie für ihre Arbeit bekommen.

Ich finde es übrigens sehr charmant, dass sie den im Jahresbericht beschriebenen Weg gehen, ohne permanent irgendwelche vermeintlichen Wahnsinns-News zu veröffentlichen, die dann wahrscheinlich doch nur die Kurzfrist-Zocker anlocken. Und die wollen und die brauchen sie bei Telefix nun wirklich nicht. Deswegen ja auch das geplante Uplisting.

Das sollte dann auch mehr und mehr seriöse Langfrist-Anleger überzeugen, hier zu investieren.

Wer jetzt schon dabei ist oder gerade sammelt, kann sich mMn ganz entspannt zurücklehnen und abwarten, wie sich das Baby hier entwickelt !

Und die beiden neuen bringen nicht nur eine Menge Erfahrung mit in die Firma, sondern scheinen auch überzeugt, dass hier eine richtig große Firma entstehen kann.

Warum gehen wohl erfahrene Leute von einer Mega-Company wie Alcatel-Lucent zu Telefix ?
Weil sie hier die Chance sehen, ihrer Karriere nochmal einen richtigen Schub zu geben, denke ich.

Da bin ich aber mal sehr gespannt, wenn die Nummer in den nächsten Tagen den Shorties um die Ohren fliegt.
Das Gros der Aktien dürfte in festen Händen sein, da kann das verdammt teuer für einige Zocker werden.

ABER: bei dem Potential von Telefix ist alles unter 1 ct ja wohl ein Scherz.

endlich gute News und zuletzt auch wieder gutes Volumen:
So kann das weitergehen, schön langsam und stetig.
Der RSI wandert ja langsam auch wieder in die Power Zone.
Und auch bei 0,004 $ ist die Aktie m.M.n. suuuuuper-günstig.
Sobald hier Zahlen auf den Tisch kommen, sehen wir hier aber mal ganz andere Kurse.

Ende Januar zu packen sein...und dann wird die Aktie für viele Anleger überhaupt erst interessant und die Dynamik eine ganz andere.
Ein paar wenige werden ihre Anteile halten und in ein paar Jahren dafür richtig viel Gewinn gemacht haben.
1000 % vom heutigen Stand aus ?
M.M.n.ganz sicher...aber das kann dann hier ja jeder Nicht-Investierte prima verfolgen.

Da kann man weiter ganz prima für kleines Geld einkaufen.

immer noch günstiger werden.
Ich glaube an das Potential von Telefix und denke einfach, dass man hier viel Geduld braucht, die aber spätestens dann belohnt werden sollte, wenn sich aus den Verträgen auch zählbare Erträge generieren lassen.
Schnell reich werden ? Wohl kaum, aber ich sehe mein Geld hier langfristig gut angelegt.
