STEINHOFF International an die Tickers

schau mal auf Xetra, der eine hat schon eine Kauforder für 1Mio. Steinis BEI 5,6c!
und ü. 500.000 Aktien stehen schon bei 5,9 zum Verkauf. hier werden sogar die mikro Gewinne mitgenommen. so wird das nie was.  

Langsam zeichnet sich aus meiner Sicht bei Steinhoff nichts gutes ab.
Für mich ist das Risiko auf die leere Hülle presenter den je.

Vielleicht werde ich mal etwas aufstocken wenn mal Norden als Richtung gewählt wird.

Wenn ich auch TC heranziehe und sehe das ein Kurs, einfach mir nichts dir nichts, ausgesetzt werden kann.

Wie kommst du auf 400 bzw. 600 Cent.

Es ging darum, dass die 5 Cent nicht mehr lange stehen.
4- -  Cent heißt doch konkret 4,999 Cent oder kleiner bis hin zu Nichthandelbarkeit
6++  cent bedeutet eindeutig, 6,001 Cent oder mehr !

Dass du daraus 400 bzw. 600 Cent machst,
Ist offenbar deiner Positiven Erwartung hinsichtlich steigendem Kurs geschuldet.

mhm, ja die Videos sind schon der Knaller, warte immer noch sehnsüchtig auf ein Video der LDR, ist da nun mal was in Planung? ;-)

Den juristischen Hintergrund in allen Ehren, aber man sollte halt schon auch akzeptieren, dass die Geschädigten zurecht nach Schadenersatz streben und Publikationspflicht hin- oder her, die Bilanzen des Konzerns stimmten halt vorne und hinten nicht und selbstverständlich müssen sich die Geschädigten erst einmal an die Gesellschaft wenden und tja die Gesellschaft ist ja nicht ohne Grund an einem Vergleich interessiert, somit frage ich mich worüber man dahingehend noch diskutieren möchte, die Gesellschaft bewertet ihre Situation als angreifbar & daher auch das Streben nach einem Vergleich, wäre dem nicht so dann würde die Gesellschaft sich doch einfach nur stumpf den Prozessen stellen und sich verteidigen.

South Africa's Pepkor to take 1.2 bln rand charge in FY 2019

   Nov 14 (Reuters) - South Africa retailer Pepkor Holdings
said on Thursday it would take a charge of 1.2 billion
rand ($80.62 million) in 2019 financial year related to its
building materials arm, which has been hit with falling demand.
   Pepkor - in which scandal-hit South African retailer
Steinhoff International  holds a 71% stake - said it
expects annual headline earnings per share(HEPS), excluding the
impairment charge, of 91 cents to 99.4 cents, higher than 84.5
cents reported in 2018. [nJseN0056a]
   The building materials division accounted for 13% of
Pepkor's revenue in 2018.
   HEPS is the main profit measure for companies in South
Africa that strips out certain one off items. Earnings per share
would fall between 22.1% and 32.1%, Pepkor said.
   Retailers in the country have been struggling as consumers
tighten their belts to cope with higher taxes, fuel and
electricity prices.

Steinhoff sells Blue Group to Alteri Investors
   JOHANNESBURG, Nov 15 (Reuters) - Scandal-hit South African
retailer Steinhoff International  said on Friday that it
had sold Blue Group, owner of Bensons for Beds, Harveys
Furniture and associated manufacturing companies, to Alteri
Investors.
   "The sale of Blue Group is the latest in a series of planned
divestments by Steinhoff as we continue with our announced
strategy of simplifying the group's portfolio and deleveraging
our balance sheet," Steinhoff CEO Louis du Preez said.
   Steinhoff's statement did not provide a value for the
transaction.
