Bin ebenfalls in Park City investiert. Beobachte diesen Wert schon seit ein paar Wochen und bin vor kurzem eingestiegen. Sehr seriöse Zahlen und Kommentare. Die packen das.

Dem Titel wurde einfach zu wenig Beachtung geschenkt. Jetzt haben es die Freunde von drüben aber endlich gemerkt.

Sieht im Moment so aus, als ob am Kinn gekratzt wird. Daytrader-Gewinnmitnahmen heute abend und morgen noch der Freitag. Da wird es knapp.

Es braucht die nächsten Wochen noch ein paar weitere gute Nachrichten und natürlich weiterhin verbesserte Quartalszahlen, was von Randall Fields & Co. auch geliefert wird.

Braucht noch etwas Geduld, wie üblich.

RT 0,098! Jetzt müssten wir noch oberhalb von 0,10 schließen und dann wäre morgen alles möglich.

Das macht Freude. Warten wir noch den Börsenschluss ab. Ein so grosses Titelvolumen hat es in diesem Wert noch nie gegeben in US (in Germany schon gar nicht). Jetzt muss der Hype dann zu uns rüberschwappen. Könnte morgen los gehen. Dann wird bei uns die Marke von 0.10 Cent ebenfalls geknackt.

Der Wert hat hier noch nicht die Aufmerksamkeit bekommen.
Wird wohl noch eine Weile dauern, bis es sich rumspricht.

in den usa gut begonnen hat und auf einmal so ein absturz? schlechte news oder was? oder einfach nur eine laune der aktienwelt?

In USA hat es in PKCY investierte Shareholder, die schon über zwei Jahre in dem Wert investiert sind. Der Kurs hatte sich in dieser Zeit praktisch nie über 6 Cent bewegt. Da hat es jetzt einige, die jetzt aussteigen.

News hat es heute keine gegeben. Aber das Volumen ist merklich angestiegen. Da steigen natürlich Daytrader sofort ein und realisieren unter Tage ihre Gewinne.

Meine persönliche Meinung/Glauben ist, dass ein Ausbruch über die 10 Cent in der nächsten Woche möglich ist und fundamental begründet auf die 20 Cent zusteuern könnte. Vorrausgesetzt, dass es weitere gute Unternehmensnachrichten von Park City Group gibt und das 2. Quartal mit weiterer Gewinnsteigerung abschliesst. Der Wert ist attraktiv und scheint mir unterbewertet.

Aber wir alle wissen ja, was es bedeutet in PennyStocks zu investieren. Hohes Risiko = hoher Gewinn oder tiefer Absturz.

Meine Hoffnung ohne es zu wissen ist, dass der Wert nächste oder übernächste Woche die 10 Cent-Marke durchbricht und der Weg frei ist, die 20 Cent zu testen.

Und wer weiss, vielleicht beginnt schon bald der Hype in Deutschland?

This business is obviously positive, but the press release shares no details. Management seems to pursuit an increase in shareholder value.

Here the CEO says the following: «We have already booked more business in the first half of this fiscal year than we did in all of last fiscal year and we look forward to a strong second half of the fiscal year as well.''»

• Park City Group Substantially Strengthens Balance Sheet

After this conversion the company will have 351 million shares outstanding, so the market cap is 351,000,000*$0.089 = $31.24 M. The press release also says this: «The Company earned $1.8 million on $4.8 million of revenue in the first six months of this year and this reduction in debt will have a meaningful impact on net income going forward as well. We are a much stronger company as a result.."» $1.8 M for the first 6 months may mean $3.6 M or more for the full fiscal 2006. This means the earnings multiple is 8.68.

3.2. Number of Shares Outstanding

There's some increase on the share count but for a good reason, to reduce interest expense.

3.3. Working Capital

PKCY certainly needed to strengthen its balance sheet. It still looks weak, with just $1.32 M in assets.

3.4. Revenues

The company had erratic revenue numbers in the past. Revenue growth isn't stable. But 2006 is shaping up to be the best year ever for the company. Will it continue from here? Well, the news and outlook is certainly positive.

3.5. Net Income

Perhaps assuming the second half of fiscal 2006 will be as profitable as the first half is a long shot, but the CEO himself says the second half has been «strong». If this estimate is true, PKCY would be currently trading at about 9 times earnings, and software companies trade at 35 times earnings on average.

4. General Overview

If estimates are right PKCY may be trading at a significant discount. But the company has been quite irregular and the balance sheet is still weak. I enjoy the company's products and it's client base. Also the recent agreement with Oracle is promising (but the company didn't disclose details on the deal).

I'm not running to buy the stock just yet but I'm interested. I'll keep it under close eye and I'll update this thread with new information.

Guten Zahlen, ja. Aber die Umsätze sind zu tief. Keine gute Stimmung im Markt. Dauert wohl noch ein wenig, bis die 10 cents durchbrochen sind.

Schaut mal die Zahlen genau an. Hammer:

Ja, die Zahlen sind vielversprechend. Hat in US aber zuwenig Beachtung bekommen gestern. Die Umsätze sind lau. Ich schreibe dies mal der allgemein schlechten Stimmung, welche zur Zeit an den Börsen herschen, zu. Zum einen. Zum anderen ist es immer noch so, dass der Wert zu wenig bekannt ist. Aber man arbeitet ja dran. Und wir ja auch ein bisschen :)

Glaub mir, nicht mehr lange und wir stehen nachhaltig über 10 Cent

Randall ist ein Unternehmer-Genie. Das hat er schonmal bewiesen, als er seine Firma von 200 k auf 100 mio. umsatz hob

Außerdem hat die Firma eine Referenz-Liste allererste Sahne.

Ich bin genauso optimistisch wie Ihr. PKCY konnte mit Oracle abschliessen. Und nach der Trade-Fair werden nach der positiven response weitere Kunden aquiriert. Ich teile die Einschätzung auf ein Kursziel von 20-30 cent die nächsten Monate.

Meine core-position habe ich unter meinem kissen :)

weit mehr als 300 % Kursgewinn. Lecker...

dann stimmen wir ja in Sachen Kursziel überein. Fundamental erste Sahne. Bei dem CEO kein Wunder.  

Die nächsten Tage sollten sich meine Park City Shares schön sauber entwickeln. Ich kann kein einziges Gegenargument erkennen. Klar, muss jeder selber abwägen.. Ok, ich muss los.

waren von gestern. Hatte nur kurzfristig eine Wirkung in US. Kurs schloss gestern unverändert. Die letzten agreements mit Oracle, Circle K und Weiteren, die bald folgen werden, lassen die Gewinnaussichten für die nächsten Quartale überaus optimistisch erscheinen.

Was meint ihr...Werden sich die guten zahlen auch für uns noch auszahlen oder lieber mit ´nem kleinen Verlust raus und anderswo sein Glück suchen? Bin mit 0,087 in FFM rein...

ich bin bei 0,06 rein und erhoffe mir guten "Ertrag" von den aktuellen News bzw. Umsatzzahlen.
In USA werden bereits hohe Volumen gehandelt, bald wird die Aktie auch hier entdeckt werden, dann gehts los.

Wie kann ich denn comdirect sagen, dass ich nur bis zu einem bestimmten Kurs kaufen möchten (und wenn der Auftrag halt zu spät bearbeitet wird nicht mehr...)?  

Bist du dir sicher, dass Pennystocks dann das richtige für dich sind? Hoffe du bist dir über das Risiko im klaren.
Probiers beim nächsten mal mit einer Limit-Order oder wie auch immer das bei deiner Bank heißt.

Habe meine Position seit 3 Wochen. Für kurzfristige Spekulationen ist der Markt in Deutschlang viel zu wenig liquid. Auch die Spreads die von den MM reingestellt werden, sind völlig daneben. Ich bleibe mittelfristig long. PKCY wird nach oben ausbrechen und die 10 cents hoffentlich bald nehmen.

Gleiches Bild wie gestern. Mal sehen, ob Kursgewinn bis Börsenschluss US gehalten werden kann. Auf jeden Fall geht es jetzt stetig, in kleinen Schritten aufwärts. Gefällt mir so besser.
