Oceanagold - Gewaltiger Schub aus Kanada erwartet!

Oceanagold (ehemals Oceana Gold) ist eine Minengesellschaft, welche schon länger in Neuseeland erfolgreich am produzieren ist.
Seit dem 1. Juli ist das Papier nun auch in Toronto handelbar. Bis anhin nur in Sidney.  Dies soll dem Papier nun zum erhofften Durchbruch verhelfen. Denn der Firma geht es ausgezeichnet. Und die Zahlen für die Zukunft stimmen auch!!

werde mir den wert mal in meine watchlist legen. mal schauen ob da was geht.

ich denke morgen wird es erfahrungsgemäss schnell ab gehen, wenn der Aktionär im Zeitschriftenfachhandel aufliegt... der momentane Kurs ist ziemlich günstig. Ein Kurs von 2.5 EUR entspricht exakt dem 5:1 Verhältnis (Reverse-Aktiensplit) seit der Handelaussetzung vom 18. Juni, wo der Kurs bei 0.5 EUR schloss.

D.h. der Kurs von 2.5 EUR ist noch absolut "jungfreulich"! Das Papier wird erst seit Montag wieder gehandelt.... und das nun auch in Toronto!

Warum sind nach der Zusammenlegung der Registered Shares (WKN A0B83D) plötzlich zwei verschiedene WKN's (A0MU51=Deferred Depository Receipts und A0MVLD =Regestered Shares)mit verschiedenen Kursstellungen im Umlauf? Was bedeuten "Nachrangige Hinterlegungsscheine" anstelle von eingetragenen Anteilen?

Comdirect konnte auch über die Clearingstelle keine Klärung herbei führen und empfiehlt Kontakt mit der Gesellschaft.

Kann mir das vielleicht jemand erklären? Es müsste ja anderen Investoren ähnlich gehen.

   -   an increase to the total Macraes Inferred Resource inventory of
       1,291,000 ounces (129% increase)
   -   an 6% increase to the total Macraes Measured and Indicated Resource

The primary instruments held are undesignated forward gold sales contracts for 122,340 ounces with an average price of NZ$773
(Dec 31, 2008: 206,076 ounces), undesignated gold put options over 103,434 ounces (Dec 31, 2008: 199,496 ounces) with an
average exercise price of NZ$1,000 and undesignated gold call options over 104,024 ounces (Dec 31, 2008: 136,024 ounces) of
forecast 2010 production with an average exercise price of NZ$1,062. These derivative instruments are contracted with a
consortium of banks under a hedging facility, secured by a pledge against the assets of Oceana Gold (New Zealand) Ltd.
The forward sales programme is managed in accordance with policies approved by the Board to whom performance under these
policies is regularly reported.
The net gains and losses that relate to contracts not designated as specific hedges have been recognised in the statement of

From December 31, 2008 to September 30, 2009 the NZD gold price moved from approximately $1,523 per ounce to $1,393
contributing significantly to the decrease in the gold derivative liabilities along with the close out of contracts.

Vorausichtlich wird Oceana im FY 2011 die Hedgepositionen aufgelöst haben. Die Produktion dürfte bei     270000 Oz. liegen. Die Kosten bei 400$/Oz. Daraus ergbt sich bei aktuellen Produktionskosten ein Cashflow von 200 Mio US$. Die KAP aktuell liegt gerade mal bei 300 MioUS$. Es gibt auch noch die Chance, das Dipido-Projekt weiterzuentwickeln.

Seit den Tiefstand vor knapp einem Jahr ist sie um über 1000% gestiegen- Dank der einer tollen Kostensenkungaktion.

OceanaGold Corporation (ASX: OGC, TSX: OGC, NZX: OGC) (the "Company") is pleased to announce an increase of 259,000 ounces of gold to the mineral reserve inventory at the Macraes mine in Otago, New Zealand, which extends the mine life out to at least 2016.

These reserves are in addition to the Company's December 2009 announcement of an increase of 495,000 ounces of reserves. When combined, this brings the total additional gold reserves at the Macraes mine to 754,000 ounces.

The additional mineral reserves announced today follow a comprehensive geologic interpretation and economic analysis for the "Southern Pit" deposit. The gold price assumption used to calculate reserves was US$800/oz. Further specifics are set out in "Table A" below.

OceanaGold Corp. (AUS, Kurs 2,37 A$, MKP 603 Mio. A$) meldet für das Märzquartal (Septemberquartal 2010) aus der neuseeländischen Macraes Mine eine Goldproduktion von 65.671 oz (67.672 oz), was einer Jahresrate von 260.000 oz entspricht und das jährliche Produktionsziel von 270.000 bis 290.000 oz klar verfehlt.

Bei Nettoproduktionskosten von 687 $/oz (568 $/oz) und einem Verkaufspreis von 1.401 $/oz (1.232 $/oz) verbesserte sich die Bruttogewinnspanne von 644 auf 714 $/oz. Der operative Gewinn erreichte 22,3 Mio. A$ (20,9 Mio. A$), was einem aktuellen KGV von 6,8 oder 340 $/oz (309 $/oz) entspricht. Belastet wird das Ergebnis von Abschreibungen in Höhe von 288 $/oz (264 $/oz).

Auf der Basis einer jährlichen Produktion von 280.000 oz (300.000 oz) erreicht die Lebensdauer der Reserven 7,7 Jahre (6,5 Jahre) und die Lebensdauer der Ressourcen 16,5 Jahre (12,6 Jahre). Zusätzlich verfügt Oceana im philippinischen Didipio Projekt über 1,4 Mio. oz 1,0 Mio. oz Goldreserven und 2,0 Mio. oz Ressourcen.

Die Entwicklung des Didipio Projekts, die im Mai 2008 wegen gestiegener Investitionskosten und dem fallenden Kupferpreis gestoppt wurde, wurde am 15.06.11 wieder aufgenommen. Am dem Märzquartal 2013 will Oceana jährlich 100.000 oz Gold und 14.000 t Kupfer in dem Projekt fördern.

Am 31.03.11 (30.09.10) stand einem Cashbestand von 193,6 Mio. A$ (55,4 Mio. A$) eine gesamte Kreditbelastung von 285,3 Mio. A$ (325,8 Mio. A$) gegenüber.


Zusammenfassung:

Oceana präsentiert sich mit einer jährlichen Produktion von etwa 270.000 oz als größter Goldproduzent Neuseelands. Durch die Glattstellung der Vorwärtsverkäufe hat Oceana die Gewinnfähigkeit dramatisch verbessert. Positiv sind die stabile Produktion, die gute Gewinnfähigkeit, der erhöhte Cashbestand und das Wachstumspotential aus dem Didipio Projekt. Negativ sind die hohen Abschreibungen.

Wert mit Orvana der den Boden gesehen hat und selbst wenn der Goldpreis noch auf 1000 fällt Oceanagold schafft es gewinne zu schreiben

Das KGV von Oceanagold ist absolut  niedrig und vom Chartbild sieht es auch super aus

Wer also auf Goldaktien setzen möchte ist bei Oceanagold und Orvana richtig!

Ich weiss die Situation fuer den Goldpreis  ist super schwierig und ich wuerde auch noch kein physisches Gold kaufen aber einige Explorer sind super interessant geworden

Spätestens ab April sollten Rohstoffaktien interessant werden auch wenn Rohstoffe weiter verlieren
