Das war mir dann zu doof.

Neomedia and Scanbuy May be Very Close to Settlement
By letter dated September 10, 2009, Scanbuy and Neomedia jointly requested the judge in both the Neomedia v. Scanbuy case and in the Scanbuy v. Neomedia case to extend by two weeks certain looming procedural deadlines in the Neomedia v. Scanbuy case. The reason for the request was stated in the letter as follows: “The parties in the [two cases] have been engaged in settlement discussions over the last two weeks and believe that a resolution of both actions may be possible.”
