Megastar der Megastar

Muss der Richtigkeithalber sagen....dass ich keine MDV-Aktien besitze....sondern seit zwei Jahren bei Eloro dabei bin. Logischerweise habe ich durch das JV auch stets Megastar beobachtet.

Ganz klar werde ich mich nach der langen Durststrecke (letzte News bezüglich des Simkarprojektes sind vom letzten Frühling!!!) meine Eloro-Aktien so kurz vor dem Ziel, auf keinen Fall schmeissen.

Ich bin überzeugt, dass Tom Larsen mit ELO grosses im Sinn hat, sofern die erwarteten Goldresourcen auf Simkar auch nach NI43-101 nachgewiesen werden können. Das Potential sollte ja hoffentlich tief unten auf Simkar vorhanden sein.

Die Frage ist einfach wieweit sind die Bohrungen fortgeschritten sind und wann wir endlich mal seitens des MM in Form einer News informiert werden. In diesem Punkt fühle ich mich als Aktionär einwenig verarscht. Seit letzten Frühling bis jetzt kam nie mehr ein Zwischenbericht oder sonst irgendwie ein Zeichen wieweit man vorangekommen ist. Man lässt uns hier schon einwenig im Dunkeln tappen.

Ich schätze, dass wenn die neuen Elo-Aktien verteilt und Reverse-gesplittet sind, wird es endgültig an der Zeit sein, News zu Simkar zu veröffentlichen. Bis dann werden noch rund 50Mil. neue Elo-Aktien im Umlauf sein, zu geschätzen Kursen von 25-35 CAD cent!

Genau zu diesem Zeitpunkt müssen dann positive News kommen, um den Kurs gegen 1CAD zu treiben, dann eine KE abzuschliessen um das Projekt Simkar voll durchzufinanzieren, um selbst in Produktion gehen zu können.

Mit Geduld werden wir hier zu den Gewinnern gehören, ist meine Meinung!!!

MegaStar Development has had a rocky road over the last 2 months. The mega dividend was almost botched. Actually, for some investors it was botched. Regardless the deal is done. The final TSX approval was received last week. It is only a matter of time before you see your ELO shares deposited into your account.

With the conclusion of that deal it appears that many investors have written off MDV as a dead company. The stock price has floundered all the way down to its present share price of 6.5 cents.

At 6.5 cents per share this company is an absolute steal! They have a total market cap of about 2.5 million and they own 2 highly prospective properties. You will be hard pressed to find 2 quality properties for 2.5 million dollars anywhere in the market and yet MDV has it.

The SEDEX property which is owned by MDV and joint ventured out is likely to be returned to MDV this year. The JV partner is shifting focus to exploration in PERU. SEDEX is a Zinc-lead-silver project which is yet to be drilled. It is note worthy that there is currently several near by projects which have been returning some high grade zinc results. Hopefully, in time, SEDEX will yield the same high grade drill results.

The property which I am most excited about is the Ralleau property in Quebec. This property is bordered by Breakwater Resources (Base Metals) and Metanor Resources (Gold). So, we can speculate that the Ralleau has either base metals or gold, or both! What is exciting about this is that the VTEM survey showed multiple anomalies on the property. This past summer those anomalies where sampled at surface. We are still waiting for these results to come back and they will likely be presented in the upcoming 43-101 update. The rumour is that 2 of these anomalies are gold bearing! Now that’s exciting because if 2 are gold bearing and you have a gold mine next door then you have a very highly prospective gold property and if need be, an almost certain JV partner. As for Breakwater resources, they have reopened their base metals mill and they need ore to fill it. There is a possibility of Breakwater requesting a JV with MDV so that they can try to get more ore to fill their mill.

Right now, MDV has unlocked the value in 2 properties by selling Simkar. Anyone selling at these low prices should be thinking to themselves, what does MDV management know that we do not about their existing properties that would make sense for them to sell Simkar which was their claim to fame? I firmly believe that the rumoured gold anomalies on the Ralleau are more then a rumour. I also like the fact that MDV is now free to walk in any direction that they see fit which includes the possible acquisition of a new property.

MDV management has just delivered on one project. Mr. Burka is very experienced and well connected with key individuals in the industry. Right now when you invest in MDV you are not only investing in 2 very discounted properties but you are betting on the success of a very experienced manager in Mr. Burka. This story has opened a new chapter and to sell your stock now could prove to be a very unwise choice.
I would at a minimum suggest holding your shares until we get the latest 43-101 update this month!

genau diese Gedanken hatte ich auch heute und habe noch mal nachgekauft. Bei dem Kurs und der abgeschlossenen Eloro Geschichte..... man weiß es nicht!
Sekt oder Selters, manchmal muß man auch mal was wagen und die besten Gewinne macht man, wenn keiner mehr dran glaubt.
Das ist jetzt aber keine Aufforderung das nachzumachen.

GEOMEGA RESOURCES is pleased to announce the first drill results from its Phase I drilling program.  Hole MVL-10-01 started and ended in mineralized carbonatite intersecting 1.24% total rare earth oxides (TREO) over its entire 480 meters core length, from 21 to 501 meters, including a high grade section of 2.03% TREO over 39.4 meters from 266.6 to 306 meters.

Hole MVL-10-01 (azimuth N330°, -55° dip) was collared on section 2+00W, to test a magnetic low in the core of the carbonatite complex. The stratigraphy is interpreted to dip steeply to the SE. True thickness is estimated to be 80 % core length.

Neodymium and Praseodymium oxides average 23% of the TREO over the 480 m core length. The distribution of middle to heavy rare earth oxides (MHREO) content represents up to 22% of TREO in a 7.55 meter core length section from 39.00 to 46.55 m. MHREO is defined as samarium through lutetium plus yttrium. Cerium, Lanthanum and Neodymium are the most abundant of the total rare earth elements.

In addition to TREO, Niobium oxide values were also intersected in the hole with best intersection returning 0.158% Nb2O5 over 22.05 m from 280.95 to 303.00 m.

The diamond drilling program is now well underway with 2,800 m completed and drilling will continue until the spring break up. Five (5) drill holes have been completed to date. Hole MVL-10-03 was collared on strike, 300 meters west of hole MVL-10-01 on section 5+00W. Holes MVL-11-04 and 05 were collared 200 meters north of hole MVL-10-01 on the same section 2+00W. Hole MVL-11-06 was collared 135 meters south of hole MVL-10-03 on section 5+00W.

The Montviel property, located 200 km north of Val-d'Or in the Abitibi region of Quebec, is underlain by the Montviel carbonatite complex which extends over an area of 32 km2 making it one of North America's largest carbonatite. GéoMégA has a staged option agreement with NioGold Mining Corp. (TSX-V: NOX) whereby it can earn up to 100% interest in the property. Assaying and Quality control

All analysis is carried out by ALS Global at their Vancouver laboratory. The analysis conducted on all samples include lithium metaborate fusion, followed by ICP analysis with mass spectrometry finish.

Quality assurance and control is done through the systematic insertion of REE standards, blanks, and duplicates.

Was haltet Ihr von dieser Aktie hier, gibts es da mal ein paar Neuigkeiten bzw. wo soll der Kurs hingehen?? Über Hilfe würde ich mich freuen

warten wir alle. Die letzte Zeit war geprägt von Umstrukturierungen und warten auf Genehmigungen usw. Teilweise alles ein bißchen undurchsichtig so das einige schon geschmissen haben. Es ist, wie es immer ist. Je höher das Risiko, desto höher die Renditechance. Wo soll der Kurs hingehen? Gute Frage, natürlich nach oben. Lies dir den Thread mal in ruhe durch und schaue dir auch die Links an, das dürfte deine Fragen beantworten. Ich mache es bei größerem Risiko immer so, das ich nur mit kleinen Positionen einsteige und gegebenenfalls noch mal nachlege.
Das ist natürlich keine Aufforderung zu irgendwas.

Wichtig finde ich immer, wer die Leute sind, die so ein Unternehmen führen.

Geomega steigt schon seit gestern um +50%!

Rare Earth Elements sind ein heißes Thema im Abitibi Belt. Bisher wurde nur verstärkt nach Gold, Kupfer und Zink gesucht. Doch wenn jetzt einzelne Explorer im nördlichen Teil von Quebec, in der Nachbarschaft zu unserem Ralleau Projekt, seltene Erden finden (REE), dann erweckt das bei mir ziemlich viel Fantasie!!! Bitte mal diesen link hier öffnen und lesen! Ist vom Nachbarprojekt Montviel.

entfernt ist schon sehr wage. Wenn man sich manche Erzgänge so ansieht, wie eng die manchmal sind, da geht es häufig um einige Meter. Was wir hier brauchen ist mal ne richtige Meldung mit der man real was anfangen kann. Aber, ist ja nett von dir das du uns immer wieder mit Hoffnung versorgst ;-)

Immerhin werden die Ralleau-Ergebnisse abgesehen von Kupfer und Zink auch Gold hervorbringen. Diese Überraschung gönnt uns Berka :-) Zumindest, wenn man seiner letzten mail glauben kann. In der vorletzten mail hat er ja behauptet, dass die Ergebnisse Ende Januar kommen. Das hat leider nicht gestimmt. Jetzt warte ich mal noch den Februar ab. Rechne aber schon damit, dass Ende dieser oder spätestens nächste Woche die lang ersehnten news kommen... mit hohen Kupfergehalten und hoffentlich auch ein paar guten Goldwerten.

All of the regulatory approvals have been obtained in connection with Eloro acquiring the SIMKAR GOLD PROPERTY. What needs to happen know is the government of Quebec has to transfer title to the property to ELORO from MEGASTAR. They are projecting that this could take another two weeks. As soon as Eloro obtains confirmation of the transfer and title to the SIMKAR, Eloro will then deliver from escrow the 70,000,000 shares of Eloro to Megastar, who will then distribute them pro rata among the Megastar shareholders.
