MCC Global Signs Letter of Intent to Refinance Investment Debt

MCC Global N.V. (“MCC Global”)(IFQ2), the global private equity investment and
advisory company, today announced it has signed a Letter of Intent with a large
multinational private equity and corporate credit provider to refinance all of the
investment notes that the Company issued during 2005 in connection with its acquisition
of the fund manager for Equus Total Return, Inc. The transaction, which is subject to
further due diligence and definitive legal documentation, is expected to close within the
next six weeks

Anthony Moore, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MCC, commented, “We are
pleased that high level financiers are interested in investing in MCC and becoming
stakeholders in an exciting growth-oriented business. We hope to develop additional
relationships with institutional debt and equity providers in the near future to increase our
ability to access capital for MCC and the companies in which we advise and invest.”

aber ich hab meine MCC Aktien noch, schade das die ihre Meldungen immer auf englisch bringen

Ich verstehe nicht warum wir uns das Leben so schwer machen und es den institutionellen Investoren so einfach machen - wir senken doch den Kurs und die institutionellen bleiben stark.

Und mal ehrlich, ausser Ihr wisst mehr - in es scheint sich doch nichts fundamentales geaendert zu haben ausser vielleicht die Geschwindigkeit mit der die neue Vertraege ankuendigen...

Ich glaube, wenn ueberhaupt, sind doch die Dinge eher besser geworden...mit dem announcement Anfang des Monats re refinancing. Koennte doch ehrlich gesagt jetzt interessant werden!

hatte mich vor einiger Zeit von meinen Shares getrennt aber so wirklich Mut hab ich nicht neu einzusteigen. Zuvor hab ich dieses Newslose Geeiere fast ein Jahr lang ertragen; irgendwann wars dann zuviel; Reißleine.

Nach wie vor sehe ich hier echte Chancen. Ob das wirklich mal so kommt und wo ein Boden ist kann ich derzeit leider gar nicht abschätzen.
Der starke Kursrutsch hat mich doch sehr übberrascht. Neu an der Börse und im Investmentbusiness tätig, und dann so ein Nichts an Aussagen und News vom Unternehmen!?

An die die noch drin sind: Einerseits tuts mir lleid, dass Ihr nun sicherlich auf Verlusten sitzt andererseits bewundere ich eure Standhaftigkeit!
Bei positivem Ausgang gehe ich davon aus, dass es nicht möglich ist nur +10% vom aktuelllen Kurs einzusteigen.

Verluste hab ich realisiert und so schaue ich mit einem lachendem aber eben auch einem weinendem Auge auf diese Story.

Was nützen die uns denn? Was sollen die denn bewirken?Nur das hier wieder Lesestoff reinflattert und wir "fachmännischst" alles analysieren ,auf das der Kurs noch weiter nach unten fällt?
Für wie dämlich halten uns denn diese Feineanzugspenner denn eigentlich?Wozu kriegen denn die ihr Geld?Auf dan wegen den überaus "sorgfältigst" ausgearbeiteten Ahnungsblättern wir Dummbatzen uns ergötzen sollen und immer wieder mit ansehen müssen ,auf dass die Kurse dann nochmals tiefer stürzen?
Ist das der Sinn der Sache?
Für wie dämlich halten da manche Leute eigentlich die Anleger?Alle lassen sich immer und immer wieder verarschen.Schön und gut.Auf dass wieder News reinkommen und wir unser Geld weiter versemmeln.Prima! Das nenne ich Börse mit Pfiff! Das fetzt!
