Frankfurt, 7. Januar 2009 – Innosis Ecological AG, a holding company
investing in enterprises in the health care sector and TCM (Traditional
Chinese Medicine), is pleased to announce that the Fujian province
government has granted the Certificate of Approval of the acquisition of
Heng Run Xiong Fang Nano Technology Co., Ltd., Fujian, China (HRXF).
On the 30th of December 2008, the Fujian province government has granted
the Certificate of Approval, which means that the acquisition process of
Heng Run Xiong Fang Nano Technology Co., Ltd., (HRXF) Fujian, China has
been completed successfully. HRXF is now a wholly owned foreign enterprise
(WOFE) owned by Innosis Ecological AG, Frankfurt and forms the first
operating unit of the organization.
HRXF is active in processing and extraction of TCM materials and the
production of pure TCM health products. Apart from the manufacturing of
these products, HRXF is also investing in the R&D of new nanotechnology
applications for use in the production of new and more effective TCM
products. Furthermore the company can pride itself with a sound capital
foundation, successful health products, several patents in nanometer
technology, great marketing networks and an excellent management team.
