On the 30th of December 2008, the Fujian province government has granted the Certificate of Approval, which means that the acquisition process of Heng Run Xiong Fang Nano Technology Co., Ltd., (HRXF) Fujian, China has been completed successfully. HRXF is now a wholly owned foreign enterprise (WOFE) owned by Innosis Ecological AG, Frankfurt and forms the first operating unit of the organization. HRXF is active in processing and extraction of TCM materials and the production of pure TCM health products. Apart from the manufacturing of these products, HRXF is also investing in the R&D of new nanotechnology applications for use in the production of new and more effective TCM products. Der Kurs hat sich langsam aber sicher entwickelt nach der Meldung von Anfang Januar. Vermutlich wieder ein Manteldeal ohne die Ausgabe von jungen Aktien. Derzeit eine Market Cap von € 4 Mio... auch ohne genau Zahlen zu kennen von der darunter liegenden Firma könnte das sich noch weiter entwickeln... Vielleicht auch so???
