Hypersolar im Jahr der Brennstoffzelle 2014

Nur leider dürfte die Umsetzung der phantastischen Möglichkeiten noch einige Jährchen in Anspruch nehmen.

Und es sollte die Frage erlaubt sein, ob Hypersolar den Durchbruch zur Massenproduktion im Rahmen der Anforderungen an das Material je schaffen wird.

Denn warum richten sich nicht bereits alle Augen auf Hypersolar ? Eine Vertrauensfrage oder mehr ? Mal drüber nachdenken... ;-)  

...in die Hände von Kleinaktionären zu legen, empfinde ich nicht mehr als mutig. Das ist in meinen Augen Unsinn.

Wer sind die Investoren ?

da gebe ich dir zum teil recht. Es gibt viele Firmen die wollen das nicht.
Da ihre Existenz in Gefahr ist. Z.B.Herr Musik ist für mich ein Visionär, einer oder mehrere von seiner Art kann solch ein Projekt vorantreiben.

Problem ist, dass die "Visionäre" hier mit convertible promissory notes arbeiten.

Was auf der operativen Seite zwar dringend erforderlich scheint, wenn man sich die Assets anschaut, dürfte aber für die Kleinaktionäre in die Verwässerung führen, sobald die Notes bzw. die Schulden ausgelöst werden.

Hinweise:

Was sind schon 70 Millionen frisch gedruckte Shares...?

Das Kapitel zu den Convertibles täte ich mir in den Filings gut durchlesen. Und auch die subsequent events... ;-)

bei wo darf ich  nicht mehr schreiben , aber im dortigen hypersolarforum weinen die 2 oben genannten weil ihr hypersolar bald nicht mehr handelbar sein soll .

bei AGORA direkt geht aber alles , man braucht aber ein iphone5s oder besseres um sie per IB Key App einloggen zu können .

die Aktie hällt sich sehr gut auf dem Boden. Immer weniger geht unter der 0,011 raus. Auch in de wird mit Abständen aus dem ask gekauft. Wäre echt gut wenn eine Meldung kommen würde. Wäre auch Zeit.
