Vancouver, B.C. / TheNewswire / April 2, 2019 – HERITAGE CANNABIS HOLDINGS CORP. (CSE: CANN) (“Heritage” or “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has placed an order to acquire an additional two Vitalis Q90 extraction systems, scheduled to be delivered to the CannaCure Corporation (“CannaCure”) facility in Fort Erie, Ontario.


The units are scheduled to be delivered by the end of May, 2019, and are anticipated to be installed and operational by July, 2019. Once delivered Heritage will have a total of six Vitalis Q90’s machines amongst its subsidiaries, making it one of the largest extraction footprints within the industry. The rapid expansion rate over the past three months has positioned the Company to have the capacity to both process its own hemp supply, as well as compete for toll processing jobs that other Licenced Cannabis Companies may look to contract out.


The Company feels that with the upcoming changes to the proposed regulations for derivative products for cannabis will create a significant increase in demand for extracted products and extraction services. By adding these additional extraction systems, ensures that the Company will be better positioned to meet the projected demand.

Danke für das Teilen der News gestern, war leider verhindert ;-)

Das Public Offering wird in Deutschland bisher nicht gut aufgefasst, was mich auch nicht wirklich wundert. Wenn man über den Tellerrand schaut kann man nur spekulieren, was Clint und Co. mit den weiteren 10 Mio $ anfangen wollen. Investitionen in neue Maschinen? Mehr Anbaufläche? Etc.

Wer wachsen will benötigt Geld. Wer mit den großen der Branche mithalten will, muss wachsen.

Wer weiß, welche Deals uns bevor stehen.

Habe zu den Preisen um 0.36€ ordentlich nachgelegt! Let's go!

wundert es schon, dass das PO hier anscheinend viele nicht kapiert haben.

Die geben eigene Aktien her, also keine zusätzliche Verwässerung, aber 10 Mio. eingenommen für Wachstum etc.

Wer hier geschmissen hat, hat die News nicht verstanden.

Was soll`s, konnte dadurch schön billig nachkaufen.

Teilweise wird schon verwässert, nämlich dann, wenn die Warrants bezogen werden.
Aber ja, ich gebe dir ansonsten vollkommen Recht. Das PO ist für das Unternehmen positiv zu bewerten (abgesehen vom Preis zu .53 $, das hätte ruhig höher ausfallen dürfen).

Spätestens ab Mai geht's aufwärts.

Ich hatte bereits des öfteren mit Clint Kontakt. Er Ist ein ruhiger und gesammelter CEO. Er lässt sich sicherlich nicht stressen und verhandelt das Bestmögliche heraus.  

genauso :) habe eigentlich damit gerechnet das der Kurs heute anzieht hahaha aber wir es nun mal so ist läuft es in die entgegengesetzte Richtung.
Ich werde auch noch mal nachlegen wenn die die Halbwissenden verkaufen.

Nach der Einspeisung der zwei zusätzlichen Anlagen freue ich mich schon auf die nächsten Quartalszahlen. Dann fliegt hier der Deckel.

Aber dies ist natürlich nur meine Meinung.
