Rare Earth Industries Samples High Grade Rare Earths Including 10.86% TREO At Its Mount Bisson Project

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/22/11 -- Rare Earth Industries ("RND" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RND)(FRANKFURT: 3CK1)(WKN: A1JHA3) is pleased to announce its first tranche of assay results from the Phase I exploration program on its Mount Bisson Rare Earth Element Project. Notable results include 3 samples which assayed over 10% TREO, and 11 samples which assayed from 5.43% to 10.86% TREO. Significant results of the bedrock sampling program are presented below that focused on the Central Zone where Paget Minerals previously documented a total REE value of 8.64% (equivalent to 10.14% TREO). Please see Paget news release of August 25, 2010 for more details. These total REE values are amongst the highest ever reported in British Columbia.

Phase I results have achieved the following:

--  Delineation of a 100- by 500- metre zone of high grade REE
   mineralization in allanite-rich veins, which range from 1.51% to 10.86%
   total REO (Central Zone), that remains open along strike;

--  Verification of 2010 Paget Minerals high grade total REO value by
   replicate sampling by the QP (10.14% vs 9.98%).

The Mount Bisson Project, located 50 kilometres northwest of Mackenzie, BC, lies within the Rocky Mountain Rare Metal belt and is readily accessible by forestry service and logging roads. Specifically, the various rare earth element occurrences on the property comprise part of the 3 by 9 km Wolverine pegmatite field. The Central zone comprises multiple, allanite-rich veins, 15 to 75 cm in width, exposed over a minimum strike length of 500 metres and hosted in the Wolverine gneisses of the Omineca belt. This mineralization remains open in all directions.

The vein mineralogy consists of 40 to 50% (modal) allanite, which is the main REE-bearing mineral, associated with diopside, titanite, apatite, epidote, magnetite, garnet, quartz and sparse scheelite and chevkinite (REE-Nb-Th-Ti-Ca-Fe silicate mineral). Mineral analyses of allanite at the nearby Laura Occurrence, revealed a range of La2O3+Ce2O3+Pr2O3+Nd2O3) values from 17.2% to 24.8% (Mount Bisson 43-101 geological report, p.50).

Based upon favourable results in the discovery of 7 new rare earth element-rich veins, Phase II exploration will be initiated in September in order to obtain more detailed information on the full extent of the mineralization and its structural controls. Phase II will consist of additional rock chip and bulk rock channel sampling to collect larger sample volumes. It will focus on expanding the occurrence zones and gathering of additional data to design an initial stage drilling program. Phase II is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete, with further results expected in October of this year.

All samples from the project were analyzed by ALS Chemex Laboratories at Vancouver, BC that utilized the ME-MS-81D analytical package that contains all of the rare earth elements, yttrium and numerous trace elements in addition to the major elements. This method involves a four acid fusion and analysis via ICP-MS.

Eight samples, which exceeded the upper detection limit of the ICP-MS determination for La (greater than 10,000 ppm), Ce (greater than 10,000 ppm) and Pr (greater than 1000 ppm), were reanalyzed by ICP-AES (Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrophotometry) at the same laboratory.

-  es gibt auch menge viel andere firmen die ein u. das gleiche produkt anbieten, seh ich das argument nicht. darf jetzt niemand in nordamerika mehr in diese richtung gehen bis es nur noch 599 firmen dieser art gibt? ein  monopol aufzubauen dürfte hier etwas schwierig werden.

(TSX-V: RND.V - News)(Frankfurt: 3CK1.F - News)(WKN: A1JHA3) ("RND" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with a vendor (the "Vendor"), pursuant to which the Vendor granted the Company an option to acquire a 100% interest in a rare earth element exploration property, known as the Cobra Project (the "Cobra Project"), located immediately surrounding the Company's Mount Bisson Project where samples grading up to 10.86% TREO were recently announced. Please see RND's news release dated August 22, 2011 for further details of the Phase I exploration program results at the Mount Bisson Project.

The Cobra Project is situated immediately to the east, the south, and the northwest of the Company's Mount Bisson Project, comprising 48 contiguous claim blocks, and is 52,514 acres (21,252 hectares) in area. The Cobra is approximately 50 kilometres northwest of Mackenzie, BC, lies within the Rocky Mountain rare metal belt, and is readily accessible by forestry service and logging roads. Based on previous exploration work conducted on the Cobra, it is thought that the various rare earth element occurrences comprise part of the three-kilometre-by-nine-kilometre Wolverine pegmatite field. Specifically, the M-12000 Road occurrence, returned elevated total REE contents. Epidote, titanite and vesuvianite reveal enrichment in Y2O3 up to 3.5%. The close geochemical similarity of yttrium with the HREE group (Samson and Wood 2005) suggests that exploration potential exists in the immediate area of this occurrence for such elements. Please refer to the NI 43-101 Technical Report dated November 28, 2010 and filed on SEDAR for further details on the M-12000 Road occurrence.

Pursuant to the terms of the MOU, subject to completion of satisfactory technical and legal due diligence, the Company seeks to enter into an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Cobra property by making aggregate payments of $125,000 in cash and issuing 1.6 million common shares of the Company over the course of a four-year period of the MOU. The Vendor will retain a 2% net smelter returns royalty, one half of which can be purchased from the Vendor for $1 million. The Company and the Vendor will seek to execute a definitive option agreement with respect to the Cobra Project in this regard. A finder's fee will be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.

könnte trotzdem ne langwierige sache werden....aber 3,6 mio. dollar müßten doch genügend spielraum schaffen : )

kann man letztendlich nur abwarten...wie immer : )

mit nem guten timing kann man hier noch etwas spielen

 von Verhalten kann man da bei mir noch nicht sprechen, war lange in die Thyssen investiert und dann mal 1-2 Tage in so ne dubiose Vegas77. Und jetzt hänge ich mit der REI in den Seilen.  Hey leute, also ich bin ja nun ne frischling an der börse.... deswegen wollte ich mal eueren rat zu dieser aktie. weiß nicht ob ich sie jetzt mit anständig minus verkaufen sollte? Weil man angst haben muss, dass das teil am jahresende bei 5 cent steht! hörte zwar das sie jetzt in gas und oil machen und das managment soll ja eigentlich aus spitzen leuten bestehen.... was sagt ihr?

Hab die auch im Depot und überlegt zu verkaufen aber ich würde sagen erst mal ende März anfang April abwarten, dann könnte sich etwas tun. Bis ende März sollte die übernahme von Lion abgeschlossen sein. Einfach abwarten. Nur meine Meinung

- Termination of Letter of Intent With Lion Petroleum


Rare Earth Industries Ltd. announces that, further to its announcement
on December 6, 2011, the deadline for entering into the definitive
agreement with Lion Petroleum Corp. has expired and the parties have
elected not to proceed with the transaction contemplated in the letter of
intent signed on December 5, 2011.

The Company has a strong balance sheet and will continue to
investigate market opportunities that will allow it to further enhance
shareholder value in the near term.

Trading on the TSX Venture Exchange will resume at the open of the
market on Tuesday, April 17, 2012.

 Also jetzt habe ich von 12.000 Rare Earth Ind. -Papieren 4.800 Ackroo-Papiere.

Frage1: ist ein Spread von 20 - 28 normal?

Frage2: Sollte ich das neu Papier so schnell wie möglich los werden...weil es ja auch anständig abschmiert?

(Wenn ich mein Geld zuhause verbrenne...bekomme ich wenigstens die Bude warm)
