He says the deal provides them with a pathway, beyond exploration, to development and a 25 year production licence. The company's Cabora Bassa project hosts the Mzarabani prospect, a multi-TCF and liquids rich conventional gas condensate target, which is potentially the largest, un-drilled seismically defined structure onshore Africa.

Oil and gas exploration equipment now in Muzarabani

ZIMBABWE is intensifying the oil and gas search after the arrival of equipment in the Muzarabani area. The equipment arrived into the country last month and was being serviced before the beginning of the exploration exercise.

In an update, Australian Stock Exchange listed firm, Invictus Energy, revealed progress about the continuous process to discover oil and gas. The firm’s country director, Mr Brent Barber gave an overview of how the arrival of the equipment will set tone for exploration.

The equipment arrived and we are hopeful it will go a long way in the discovery of the oil and gas, It (the equipment) actually arrived over the weekend,” he said.

Mr. Barber also highlighted the impact of the project to the community.

If it becomes a reality there are huge spin offs to be accrued such that the process will also have positive returns to the entire community,” he added.

Die unverbindliche Farm-in-Vereinbarung für das Projekt Cabora Bassa von Invictus Energy (IVZ) in Simbabwe wurde beendet.

Im Dezember erhielt Invictus ein Farm-in-Angebot für das Projekt, wobei nur wenige Details zum Angebot veröffentlicht wurden, da beide Parteien die erforderliche Due Diligence übernahmen.

Die unverbindliche Vereinbarung wurde jedoch gekündigt, da Invictus die erforderliche Transaktions-Due-Diligence-Prüfung der Gegenpartei nicht zufriedenstellend abschließen konnte.

"Die Parteien haben die Diskussionen eingestellt", sagte Invictus heute Morgen dem Markt.

Invictus sucht nun weitere Interessenten.

Der kurzfristige Fokus des Unternehmens liegt auf dem Abschluss des seismischen Akquisitionsprogramms , das voraussichtlich Ende des dritten Quartals abgeschlossen sein wird.

Der Bau des Camps und die lokale Rekrutierungskampagne für 120 Außendienstmitarbeiter
werden vor Beginn des Programms abgeschlossen.

Das Asset-Portfolio des IVZ umfasst 101.171 Hektar im Cabora Bassa Basin im Norden Simbabwes. Es befindet sich derzeit in der zweiten Explorationsperiode, die bis August 2023 läuft.

Das Projekt wurde zuvor von Mobil Oil erkundet und enthält die größte noch nicht gebohrte Struktur in Afrika an Land.

Invictus notierte um 10:07 Uhr AEST um 11,4 Prozent auf 15,5 Cent pro Aktie.

So oder so entweder  eine schöne Rendite oder eine Steuergutschrift zum verrechnen anderen

kaum ist das Forum eröffnet kommt jemand mit alten Artikeln daher und will die Aktie schlecht reden. Scheint aber bei Ariva zu ner Art Sport geworden zu sein- schade eigentlich, dabei sollten solche Foren doch eigentlich für den sachlichen informativen Austausch sein. Da gehts bei WO doch wesentlich professioneller zu, da gibt es auch zu Invictus sehr interessante Informationen.

Jeder kann seine Gedanken / Meinungen zu jeder Aktie schreiben.

Deine Meinung zu Aktienwerten wird seit Jahren akzeptiert. Nun solltest du auch kritische Meinungen bei anderen Aktien zu lassen.

Ich sehe hier in den nächsten Jahren keine Entwicklung. Ende 2021 soll eventuell das erste Bohrprogramm vergeben werden. Sollte hier mal in den nächsten 5 - 10 Jahren Erdöl gefördert werden,
wird dies dann weniger gebraucht. Solch ein Investment ist meiner Meinung nach  sehr riskant.

The Mukuyu-1 exploration well being drilled in Zimbabwe by Australian firm Invictus Energy in partnership with the government is being called “a game changer” for the country by President Emmerson Mnangagwa. The well is in license SG 4571, which covers 250,000 acres located in the most prospective portion of the Cabora Bassa Basin in northern Zimbabwe. The license is currently in the second exploration period which runs to June 2024. Invictus entered into an agreement with the Zimbabwe government in March 2022 to increase the license area sevenfold to 1.77 million acres.

Previously explored by Mobil Oil, the project contains the largest undrilled structure in onshore Africa. The Muzarabani anticline feature has more than 200 km2 under closure and up to 1500 m vertical relief at favorable depths for conventional oil and gas.

Invictus completed the acquisition of 840 km of high-resolution infill 2D seismic data ahead of spudding the well using Exalo Rig 202 in August.

Invictus up 200% on gas shows at frontier Zimbabwe well

Australia’s Invictus Energy (ASX:IVZ) has reached total depth and found “multiple zones” with gas shows.

The company reported evidence of a working petroleum system on November 10 and provided more information on November 14.

The share price of the Australian minnow has rocketed, from A$0.1 ($0.06) on November 9 to around A$0.34 ($0.23), a 200% plus increase.

The Mukuyu-1 well reached a total depth of 3,618 metres. Invictus, which owns an 80% stake in the licence, has said it may deepen the well to test more areas in the Lower and Upper Angwa formation.

“We have had further encouraging signs from the Mukuyu-1 well since drilling recommenced with multiple zones encountering elevated gas shows and fluorescence in our Upper Angwa primary target,” said Invictus managing director Scott Macmillan.

Finding hydrocarbon charge in the Upper Angwa reservoir validates the company’s subsurface model. It also demonstrates a working hydrocarbon system, he continued.

“We have continued to observe elevated gas shows and fluorescence through multiple reservoir intervals in the Upper Angwa until TD was called, and we will now acquire the necessary wireline data whilst the borehole conditions are still conducive in order to evaluate the zones of interest observed to date,” Macmillan said.

The next step is comprehensive wireline logging. This will include formation pressure and fluid sampling. The company will run sidewall cores and checkshot surveys, the executive said. These have “the aim of confirming the presence of moveable hydrocarbons in multiple zones”.
