du weist doch garnicht was im hintergrund gespielt wird. Immer dran denken das Amerika ein riesengroßer markt ist in sachen EE und seit langem bekannt ist das das stromnetz marode ist und in diesem segment bewegt sich ja 3W.

besitzt immer noch mehr als 8% der 3W-Aktien, obwohl er jetzt nicht dabei ist. Die Frage ist, wieso er "an Mitglied" seiner Firma so viel Aktien übertragen hat. Wer ist dieses Mitglied, das circa 600.000 Euro Wert bekommen hat. Ein Familienmitglied? Wieso außerbörslich?
