Grand City Properties S.A. reschedules publication of audited financial statements to 17 March 2025

Luxembourg, 11 March 2025 - The Board of Directors of Grand City Properties S.A. (the "Company") announces today that the publication of its audited financial statements has been rescheduled from 12 to 17 March 2025. This is to give time to the audit process to complete.    

The Company will publish preliminary financial information for the financial year 2024 shortly.
