brikk, thanks for good DD here on XHUA. Your charts bring lot of confidence for investors and traders alike. From what we know about chinese stocks, this could be a home run again.
To sum up, what we discovered from this Gem till now.
1. We have Cornell and High gate financiers paid off. The PPS was around 5.30 $$ in 2005 before the financing. That is paid off according to recent filing, which suggests the possible return to the previous highs given the debt clearance(

2. Chinese Government has 40 % stake in Xinhua C &D, A major finding that got digged out and could sweep this to previous highs as we got rid of the toxic financiers (investorshub.advfn.com/boards/...msg.aspx?message_id=35778739)
3. A major merger or buyout speculation are being heard through yahoo MB. It might be true, given the sudden accumulation and quick pps jumps. Why would they hurry to pay off the old debt. Could be something major in works for sure.
4. The CEO also sits on a major Biotech company on AMEX traded stock, SINOVAC (investorshub.advfn.com/boards/...sg.aspx?message_id=35780860). This speaks volumes of CEO who is well respected.
5. They are pretty active in International book fairs and sales
