Endwave Lifts 4th-Quarter Revenue Guidance

SUNNYVALE, Calif. (Dow Jones)--Endwave Corp. raised its fourth-quarter revenue guidance, citing year-end infrastructure build-outs and increased demand.
In a press release Monday, the maker of radio frequency subsystems said it expects fourth-quarter revenue of $6.6 million to $6.9 million, compared to prior projections of $5 million to $6 million.
In the year-ago fourth quarter, Endwave posted revenue of $7.4 million.
For 2002, Endwave anticipates revenue of $22.1 million to $22.4 million, below 2001 revenue of $34.1 million.
Shares of Endwave traded recently at $1.60, up 68 cents, or 73.9%, on Nasdaq volume of 121,075 shares. Average daily volume is 21,720 shares.
