Fazit:

UR hat sich über ihre  spanische Subsidiary "UrtheCast Imaging SLU" - Geld geborgt um den Kauf der Elecnor SA and Deimos Space SLU t(o acquire the outstanding shares of Deimos Imaging SLU and DOT Imaging SLU ) zu finanzieren.

Die Beträge aus den o.g. BoughtDeals und Finanzierungsrunden sind noch nicht ganz schlüssig.... werden wohl aber für den ehrgeizigen Plan der/ds (Zitat:"launch and operate the world's first fully integrated, multispectral optical and synthetic-aperture-radar commercial constellation of Earth observation satellites, to be deployed over multiple launches expected in 2019 and 2020. The Constellation is expected to comprise a minimum of 16 satellites (8 optical and 8 SAR) flying in two orbital planes, with each plane consisting of four satellite pairs, equally-spaced around the orbit plane....") verwendet werden.

Durchfinanzierung wäre möglich,.... denke aber bei so einem Projekt kommt noch öfter eine Finanzierungsrunde. Allerdings sind die nächsten 3 Jahre nicht mehr allzu lange. Nicht alle Shares aus den/dem BoughtDeal sind IMO bei den bereits aufgeführten Gewinnmitnahmen (siehe Postings im Thread) abgegeben worden.

Die Kursmarke von $1,60 ist auesserst wichtig und ein unterschreiten wird wie zuvor aufgezeigt, ggf. zu Kursen im Bereich von $1,40-$1,20 führen.
