Die Nutzung der ISS zur kommerziellen Erdbeobachtung liegt für 10 Jahre exklusiv bei UrtheCast.

Folie 17: ein Vergleich zwischen dem herkömmlichen Satelliten-Modell und der ISS-Variante

Durch die Nutzung der ISS hat UrtheCast niedrigere Investitionskosten als herkömmliche Anbieter und die Investitionen (Kameras) sind länger nutzbar. Die ISS bietet eine bessere Energieversorgung und die gefragten Gebiete werden häufiger überflogen.

Folie 18:

Bislang wurden Verträge abgeschlossen, die 19 Mio. Dollar Umsatz pro Jahr bringen werden. Darüber hinaus liegen aber bereits LOIs (Letters of Intent) vor, die mehr als 120 Mio. Dollar Umsatz pro Jahr bedeuten würden!

Zum Vergleich: Die aktuelle Marktkapitalisierung liegt bei gerade einmal 120 Mio. Dollar (siehe Post vom 29. September).

Fazit: Aus meiner Sicht besteht hier enormes Potential.

It had earlier been reported that Oleg Kotov and Sergey Ryazanskiy successfully installed one of two cameras for Earth observations, a task requiring multiple power connections outside the space station, but that the second, medium-resolution camera did not provide good data to ground controllers after Monday's hookup.

wie gestern beschrieben, wäre ggf. ein Vekauf der/einer Position interessant, insbesonder im Hinblick auf das generierte Gap im Berich von 1,06-1,11

im weitern Verlauf wäre die 1,29er Hürde als ernst zu nehmende Marke abzuwarten....

mittelfristig erwarte ich -gefühlt , subjektiv- usw. usw. eher ein Zick-Zack Kurs zwischen
1,06-1,29,... kann ggf. getradet werden... aber es ist zu viel offen und funktioniert noch nicht so richtig auf der ISS. Auch das jetzt "plötzlich" auch auf der US-amerikanischen Seite der ISS Cameras angebracht werden.... man wird sehen...aber nicht vor 12/2014

die heutigen Kuse sind zwar leicht im Plus, aber wie im Posting zuvor beschrieben,..
stellen die aktuellen BID/ASK Kurse bei CAN$1,28/1,29 noch keine Aufforderung zu jegwelchem Handeln dar. Aus meiner Sicht muss die 1,29 erst nachhaltig fallen...
der aktuelle Support liegt bei geringer Stärke aktuell bei 1,27, wobei diese Marke in
meinen Augen derzeit noch nicht als nachhaltige Unterstützung wahrgenommen werden sollte....

Fazit: Für einmal ist / wäre die  Trading-Idee aufgegangen. Aktuell steht es an der TSX CAN$1,34/1,35 und bei uns sind Kurse von aktuell (5.0K im Geld) zu 0,927.
Seit #63 (13.08.2014 Kurs €0,815 Frankfurt 18:40 Uhr ) .....als subjektiv empfundene Idee. (0,112  =9% vor Steuern und Gebüren)

P.S. die Insidertransaktionen gefallen mir vom Bauchgefuehl her gar nicht

Wenn Clarus und Canaccord künftig irgendwann auf der Bid Seite zu sehen sind sollte man sich (IMHO) zügig aus dem Investment verabschieden. Da beide Instis meiner Erkenntnis nach nicht zu den zimperlichsten gehören und Gewinne zeitnah einfahren.
Unterstellt man , dass wenigstens 50% , wenn nicht sogar 100% für den Insti heraus springen müssen/sollen , kann man den möglichen künftigen Kurs in etwa abschätzen. Die Timeline bleibt natürlich offen und ein Investment im Weltall sollte gut überlegt sein. Da kann so einiges schief gehen. Einschliesslich "höherer Gewalt"!

da kann man schon mal Gewinne mitnehmen,...

denn aus meiner Sicht wandelt sich das Geschäftsmodel von UR (gem. der heutigen News) markant..... und die Frage nach der Durchführbarkeit, sowie Sicherheit bei den Satelliten / bzw. der immer dichter gedrängten Umlaufbahn für Satelliten macht es auch nicht gerade einfacher,.... Rückschläge bei Forschung/Entwicklung/Transport in die Umlaufbahn..... aber wer weiß das schon... vll. steht UR auch irgendwann mal bei über 100,- :-))

Die Beträge aus den o.g. Durchfinanzierung wäre möglich,.... denke aber bei so einem Projekt kommt noch öfter eine Finanzierungsrunde. Allerdings sind die nächsten 3 Jahre nicht mehr allzu lange. Nicht alle Shares aus den/dem BoughtDeal sind IMO bei den bereits aufgeführten Gewinnmitnahmen (siehe Postings im Thread) abgegeben worden.

Die Kursmarke von $1,60 ist auesserst wichtig und ein unterschreiten wird wie zuvor aufgezeigt, ggf. zu Kursen im Bereich von $1,40-$1,20 führen.
