Universal Communication Systems Inc. Concludes Final Agreement with Australian Industrial Group

Universal Communication Systems Inc. (OTCBB:UCSY) company chairman Michael Zwebner reports the company's recently executed agreement with an Australian Industrial Group. Both AirWater Corporation and Millennium Electric (TOU) Limited have signed to a joint "Technology Transfer Agreement" with a newly formed local company set up specifically for the purpose of manufacturing AirWater Machines as well as PV Solar Energy Panels and related systems.
Both the company chairman Michael Zwebner and director Ami Elazari, visited Sydney for the official launch of the company's unique products in Australia. The launch of the new Australian business occurred on Thursday and Friday the 11th and 12th of March. The event was covered extensively by over 20 separate national Radio Stations, live shows on TV and the story was reported in various local and national newspapers. Michael Zwebner announced today: "Australia is a great market for our products. We have come to a major agreement with a strong local group, and together we will help build a strong new manufacturing and marketing force in that country. The Technology Transfer Agreement, includes a 'License Fee' of $200,000, plus ongoing royalties for all products and systems sold."
Brent Lobel, director of the newly formed AirWater Australia Pty Limited stated: "We have been overwhelmed by the response to the AirWater and Millennium P.V. Solar product launch. Word of these new products has quickly spread across the country. AirWater Australia Pty Limited and Millennium Electric Australia will both be exhibiting at the Expo 2004 Exhibition, soon to be held in Sydney Australia, from the 28th to the 31st of March 2004. It is expected that more than 600 major exhibitors, and over 6,000 visitors will attend the annual event.
