Ich kann dies jedenfalls auf www.asx.com.au so nicht finden.

Nur das "offer" ist bei 0,795.
Der "Durchschnittskurs ist aber bei 0,735!!! Das entspricht leider nur € 0,5946!!

So ist auch der Kurs bei Saxo, wo ich einen Teil meiner Böcke in AUS halte.

THE Waigani Supreme Court yesterday dismissed a bid by Angoram MP Arthur Somare to stop a leadership tribunal from hearing misconduct allegations against him.
Justice Bernard Sakora found that the application to stay the tribunal was an abuse of court process and without merit.
He ordered the leadership tribunal to reconvene.
Somare first made an unsuccessful attempt last year to stop the tribunal in the national court. His appeal was thrown out then and he further appealed to the higher court to review former’s decision.
His lawyer Goiye Gileng filed an application for stay on the basis that documents in relation to his client’s referral were signed by state prosecutor Kathwa Umpake and not the then acting public prosecutor Camillus Sambua.
He asked whether the tribunal had the jurisdiction to deal with the referral signed by a state prosecutor when the Constitution required the public prosecutor to sign the referral.
Gileng argued that the National Court judge had erred in his decision when dismissing the appeal and asked the Supreme Court to review this decision.
State lawyer Sam Koim argued that the issue of signature on documents or the referral did not alter or affect the contents of the referral.
He argued that there was no arguable case in the appeal and should be dismissed.
He said the tribunal had been unnecessarily dragged on.
Yesterday, Sakora, in a lengthy ruling, found that Somare’s appeal was unnecessary and without any arguable grounds.
He explained that the state prosecutor had the right to sign documents on behalf of the public prosecutor like they do when prosecuting any other criminal cases in courts.
“Duties and functions of state prosecutors prosecuting indictable offences also apply to misconduct cases.
“Umpake’s action was not unconstitutional ... he carried out his legitimate duty as a state prosecutor on behalf of his legitimate office,” Sakora said.
He said such appeal should be made when there was instances of a life and death situation and not loss of office.
“Loss of office is not the same as loss of life, or serving years in jail.”

Das kann sich schon "in den nächsten (30)  Tagen" ändern, vielleicht auch gerade wenn (fast) niemand mehr daran glaubt.

Ginge O´Neill nicht von für Boug. positiven Entscheidungen beim geplanten JSB Meeting aus,so wäre das anschliessende NEC Meeting  bestimmt nicht in Arawa geplant. Welcher Sinn sollte darin liegen den Parlamentariern eine 1200 Km Anreise zuzumuten wenn keine Ratifizierungen geplant wären.

Mit der Unterstützung B´villes sichert dieser Schachzug  O´Neill ca. 5% aller PNG Stimmen in den für Mitte des Jahres geplanten Parlamentswahlen.

Ich denke dass Peter Taylor zur HV. den Start der BCA Review bekannt geben wird. In diesem Fall hat BOC auf einen Schlag sogar einen riesigen Entwicklungsvorsprung (Vor-Machbarkeitsstudie,Zufahrtsstrasse,Hafen,Stockpile für 3 Jahre Produktion, Knowhow aus 17 jahriger Produktion,Grosse Explorationsdatensammlung,7 zusätzliche Lizenzen,etc.) gegenüber Mitsubishis Quellavecomine.Und das Wichtigste:Landeigner die hinter der Wiedereröffnung durch BCL stehen während es bei Quellaveco eine starke Anti-Mining Fraktion unter deren Landeignern gibt.

Für die an der Seitenlinie stehenden wäre es natürlich optimal am Vorabend des BIGBOCBANG aufzuspringen.Das mag dann einigen Taschengeldzockern noch gelingen,grössere Positionen dürfte man jedoch nur noch zu deutlich höheren Kursen aufbauen können.

Warten wir mal ab, der Monat ist ja nicht mehr lang... Ich "zocke" und warte auf einen Rutsch nach unten - bleibt eh nur 5stellig.

nächsten 30 Tage hört sich verlockend an, aber ich bin noch skeptisch.
Die Meetings waren für Ende Februar terminiert und jetzt sind wir schon bei Mitte März!
Wollen wir mal hoffen, das die nicht nochmal verschoben werden und dann auch endlich Ergebnisse geliefert werden.
Aber ich gebe Dir Recht nekro, man lässt nicht die Leute 1200km für nix anreisen.
Aber im Warten sind wir ja geübt...   ;-))

Habe bisher nur weitere ca 380K bekommen. Ich gehe vorsichtig ans Werk.

MINING Minister Byron Chan has directed the Mineral Resource Authority (MRA) to proceed with the review of the Porgera agreement.
Chan made the comment when receiving a memorandum of understanding position paper from Porgera landowners yesterday.
He said he was aware of the issues raised by Porgera landowners and had directed a long waited Porgera Mine agreement review to proceed immediately in a meeting with MRA and landowners.
Porgera Mine has been operating for almost 20 years without an agreement review.
The initial agreement entered into 1989 was for the mine to operate for only 12 years.
But the mine sought variation to the mining contract and extended the mine life and expanded production without considering the landowners call for a review.
The landowners said the delay was a gross abuse and violation of human rights.
They said food and land shortages were a concern for many stakeholders.
The landowner said their cry for a mining agreement review had been ignored for the past 22 years.

Seitdem fanden mehrere Unterredungen mit PM O´Neill statt bei denen L. die Positionen der Lo´s dargelegt hat. ( 2 Lo´s Vertreter sollen an der BCA Review teilnehmen, idealerweise von AusAID finanziert)

Die Erwartungshaltung ist also gross dass es bei den geplanten JSB u. NEC Meetings zum Durchbruch kommt.

FOREIGN mining companies in PNG earn US$500 million and do not have to pay taxes.
Yet, Papua New Gui­nean workers are paying almost as high as 40% wage taxes each fortnight.
Why are we ripping ourselves off?
Our government’s tax priorities are all wrong.
If this government is really for the people, then please give us a meaningful tax break and let us take home more from our own hard-earned pay.
It seems we are paying for the sealing of roads and other infrastructures while foreign companies such as Newcrest, extract tonnes of our resources without paying taxes.
They have not even sealed the Lihir’s Kunaye Airport or the Londolovit town roads.
These companies and their executives do not need any more encou­ragement to make money.
We give them such enormous tax breaks in the name of encouraging foreign investment.
But what is the point of having them here if, when they leave, roads remain  unsealed and we have no schools, hospitals or businesses to run afterwards?
Tax the miners, not the PNG people.
