Today, on Wednesday, February 20, 2002, there has been an
extraordinary supervisory board meeting of ComROAD AG with
the Board of Management and, at times, three auditors from
KPMG. The KPMG auditors explained their company's reasons
for resigning the mandate yesterday.
The resolutions taken by ComROAD's supervisory board
include:
1.
The supervisory board will commission a special audit by
a notable auditing company.
2.
The supervisory board will apply to court for the
appointment of a new auditing company for the annual audit.
