BETHESDA, MD - DoxSys, Inc., one of the nation`s leading providers of

document management solutions today announced a new partnership with
Brazos Higher Education Service Corporation.
Brazos, headquartered in Waco, Texas, manages the operations and
portfolios of several organizations engaged in the education finance industry.
Combined, Brazos manages over $3.5 billion in student loans.
DoxSys will create an enterprise-wide CRM, business process automation,
imaging and document management solution for Brazos using the ViewStar
software from Lucent Technologies (now Avaya Communication). DoxSys`
comprehensive suite of professional services includes needs assessment,
consulting, software development, training, and solutions integration.
The new Brazos/DoxSys network will link three separate operations centers in
Texas and California and provide customer service staff at all sites with
immediate access to student loan, accounting and financial documents.
Brazos will replace its existing records management systems with a new
imaging platform. DoxSys will also automate the loan application and other
business processes at Brazos. Customers and clients of Brazos will benefit
from faster loan application approvals; enhanced customer service; and faster,
accurate and secure access to digitized documents such as promissory notes
and borrower and school correspondence.
