PEARL ASIAN nächster 10000%er?

ich bin neu hier und wollte mal fragen ob mir jemand was dazu sagen kann zu dieser Aktie. Ich weiss nicht ob ich welche kaufen soll oder nicht.  

wieviel Erfahrung hast Du mit Aktien? Liest sich wie gar keine.
Also wenn Du viel ueberiges Geld (Geld zu verlieren) hast, kannst
kaufen. Wenn Du wenig Geld hast, lass die Finger davon.
(Frei nach Kosto). Kauf Dir AAA-Anleihen o. ae.
Wenn Du Deine Nerven kitzeln und zocken willst aber Dir Casinos*
auch nicht liegen, bist Du hier oder anderen Hotstocks genau
richtig. Z.Z. bewegt aber sich bei PAIM kaum was.
*Casino: Elegant anziehen, hinfahren, Ausweis nicht vergessen!
Hotstocks: Brauchst Du alles nicht.

Kannst beruhigt einsteigen.Hier kann man nun wirklich nichts falsch machen.Im Gegenteil ,wenn hier viele Leute Geld reinbringen wird sich dies im Kurs wiederspiegeln ,absoluter Subpenny.Tiefer als tief geht's nun wirklich nicht.Aber auch sehr riskant ,wie es sich in den vergangenen Wochen gezeigt hat.Da gab es einen schon überaus unverschämten 100er Split der sich gewaschen hatte.Die Benachteiligten waren da natürlich die Anleger ,aber auch die Aktie hat an ihren guten Ruf verloren.

Sei es drumm ,je mehr einsteigen und Geld einbringen desto besser für uns alle.MfG buran

Also was UBSS gegen PAIM hat ? Also es wurde hier einmal von einem Gerücht geschrieben, daß UBSS PAIM ein Angebot zur "Zusammenarbeit" unterbreitet hat. PAIM hat abgelehnt und darauf hin hat UBSS den Kurs wieder dorthin gebracht wo er jetzt steht und vor dem Buyback stand. Wie gesagt, es ist ein Gerücht und leider wurde es auch flux aus dem Thread gelöscht.

Das währe ja Manipulation! Ich weiss das UBSS seit jeher (beobachte es seit ca. 2 Jahren) immer im ASK ausschlaggebend ist, beim Kursdrücken!
UBSS ist mit einem Sizze angegeben, die haben in Wahrheit deb meissten Volumina! Das ist ja das schlimme!


Steigende Kurse sind nur möglich, indem man UBSS aus dem ASK Leerkauft! Nehmen wir mall an:

Durch Kauforder`s wird UBSS Leergekauft, nun steht UBSS bei 7.

Pearl Asian Mining Industries, (Nachrichten) Inc., Stock Symbols: USA (OTC Common Shares: PAIM)(OTC Preferred Shares: PAIIP); Germany (Xeta: R1z.De) And (Frankfurt: R1z.F) today announced that by a special corporate action, resolved, acknowledged, and approved by the Board of Directors and the 57% of its majority shareholders, the following actions are being undertaken in consistent with the company's capital restructuring, effective Monday, November 19, 2007 (Record Date).

1 for 500 REVERSE SPLIT of all Issued and Outstanding Common Shares. Note, pre-split Common Shares CUSIP# 704755 107: ISN#US704755 107 9, (Old Symbol: PAIM) have been assigned a new CUSIP # 704755 404: ISN#US704755 404 9. The post-split outstanding public float for Common Shares will be 8,540,057 Common Shares.
Reduction of the number of Authorized Common Shares from “4.0 Billion“ (4,000,000,000) to 20.0 Million (20,000,000).
1 for 75 REVERSE SPLIT of all Issued and Outstanding Preferred Shares. Note, pre-split Preferred Shares bearing CUSIP # 704755 30 5 ISN # 704755 305 9 (Symbol: PAIIP) have been assigned a new CUSIP # 704755 503: ISN# US704755 503 9. The post-split outstanding public float for Preferred Shares will be 40,000 Preferred Shares.
Reduction of the number of Authorized Preferred Shares from “6.0 Million“ (6,000,000) to Eighty Thousand (80,000).
Management of the company requests that all Pre-Reverse Certificates of all Common and the Preferred Shares shall be returned to the Transfer Agent (AGN Associates, Stock Transfer Services, LLC, 5431 Auburn Blvd., #178, Sacramento, CA 95841 on or before December 20, 2007, to help ensure timely reissuance of post-split certificates bearing the new CUSIP with the new symbol, and so that shareholders' stock may be free-trading under the new symbol.

The Company is undertaking this capital restructuring in preparation for its application to become a fully reporting company. Management intends to complete all adjustments and reissues related to the aforementioned actions prior to 2007 year end.

Was allerdings sehr interessant ist ....authorized common shares auf 20 Mio gesenkt...von 4 mrd.!!!!

Hallo!Paim ist der gleiche Dreck wie Great West Gold auch gesplitet und das Geld ist Kaputt.Das wird bei Paim genau so pasieren weil das der gleiche Dreck ist. Nur Bla Bla Bla sonst nix.Strong Sell das sind Betrüger.

Auch wenn es immer nur einstellige € Beträge waren...aber ich habe schon 2 mal von PAIM Geld bekommen...Die Sach Divi, welche in nächster Zeit handelbar ist nicht zu vergessen.
Wenn bei dem Unternehmen nichts los wäre, wo ist dann das Geld hergekommen?
Zudem die Sache mit den authorized Shares...sowas sieht nicht mehr nach Abzocke aus....sondern eher danach, dass man aus der "Bude" vielleicht doch noch ein "vernünftiges" Unternehmen formen möchte.
Ich will hier nichts schön reden...nach dem Split morgen müsste Paim auf 10 $ steigen, damit ich wieder beim EK bin...aber egal...
Ich würde sogar nochmal für ein paar Hundert € nachkaufen...aber bei meiner neuen Bank ist ein Handel mit PinkSheets nicht möglich...

Aber, Paim foerdert doch schon Gold, also hat die Firma
einen gewissen Wert und der verteilt sich jetzt auf wenige
Aktien. Irgendwann muss sich das im Kurs niederschlagen.
Die wollen die Kurzfristzocker filmen und selbst abzocken
bei der Gelegenheit.
Zockergeld, bleibt einfach mal liegen.
