CM hatte bei der Erstausgabe der Aktien die Kohle erhalten. Das waren, wie Bledii anführte, viele Mio Shares iHv 0,01cent, der Rest der Ausgabeshares, keine Ahnung, wohl nicht mehr als 0,3.
Sieht man mal von den PPs (die Kohle wird auch hier nicht dem Kleinanleger abgezogen), und der Verwässerung ab, ist nur ein Bruchteil des heutigen MK Netcents WIRKLICH zugeflossen.

Dies sind die Gelder, die NC in die Schuhe geschoben werden, wie du so schön sagst. Mich würde wirklich interessieren, wer von diesen alten Aktionären noch Shares hält. Wie gesagt zu dieser Zeit hat kein einziger deutscher Kleinaktionär eine Aktie von NC gehalten. Sie wurden erst später an der Börse handelbar.... Bei NC hat es ja nie einen IPO gegeben....
Bitte beachte, dass diese "alten" Aktien noch in die "neuen" Aktien "gewandelt" wurden
