Blue Planet Environmental Inc. (DB:9BP) announced a private placement of 14,601,132 of shares at a price of $0.2054 per share for a gross proceeds of $3,000,000 on December 2, 2011. New investor BPE Marketing Services LLC will participate in the transaction. BPE Marketing Services LLC will invest $2,000,000 in four tranches of $500,000 each at the 6th month, 9th month, and 12th month anniversary of the first tranche close date. The remaining $1,000,000 will invested later according to the agreement. Minden Gross Grafstein & Greenstein LLP represented the company and New York and Chicago offices of Seyfarth Shaw LLP represented BPE Marketing Services LLC.
