Forderungen an Kunden und Verbindlichkeiten gegenüber Lieferanten, die in fast jeder Bilanz von Unternehmen zu finden sind, heben sich mit 8,426 und  9,669 Millionen fast auf, sodass im wesentlich noch zwei Schuldpositionen verbleiben: eine Wandelschuldcerschreibung, die in der Bilanz mit 4,63 Millionen zu Buche steht und im April mit 5 Millionen fällig ist, und ein Kontokorrentkredit in Höhe von 4,883 Millionen.

Im gestrigen Conference Call wurde nun gesagt, dass man sich mit beiden Krediten befasst habe und verschiedene Möglichkeiten sehe, hier zu einer Neuregelung zu kommen, ob das beim Kontokorrentkredit nur die übliche Prolongation oder eine andere Regelung ist, konnte ich aus dem Conference Call nicht heraushören.

Good morning, gentlemen. If you can please address the debt coming due this year, how it's going to be managed. And secondly with regards to the monetization of your patterns, what the strategy is there?

Ken Cragun - CFO
This is Ken, I will take the debt question. So we do have in April, the Square 1 Bank line of credit, it's a senior credit facility based on eligible receivables. And we also have a convertible notes due in April.
And so as I mentioned in the script, we are looking at different measures to address these maturities. We feel that we'll have them both addressed by the end of the first quarter.

As it relates the pattern, previously we haven't commented a lot on this and I think again as we said in the script, we’re working with partners on enforcement and we're valuating –need to work on licensing opportunities.

As I’m sure you can imagine, we're not going to broadcast who we're engaging with, who we're trying to go after or who we're licensing with until those deals are done.
